Once in a while I do chorizo and eggs and potato burritos, most of the time for breakfast it's Huevo's rancheros though for me.

God I miss the food out there. Especially Indian Tacos. The ladies on the res would sell Indian Tacos out of their homes on the weekends where I grew up. I can't remember the last time I ate something as fabulous from a paper plate.

I always make my own Ranchero sauce. the stuff you get in the stores is pretty sad, I have never found one that wasn't bitter.

There is a spice missing when I make mine. It doesn't taste the same...
