Damn straight it's about time! It should be mandatory across the United States.

RE: It's about friggin' time... - BlueTiki - 08-03-2011

Geez . . .

Next they'll be testing diabetics for high blood sugar . . . and deny them, too.

When will this insanity stop?

RE: It's about friggin' time... - username - 08-03-2011

I'm all for it in theory but I have to wonder if the cost of administering the tests etc. will exceed the amount of welfare benefits withheld from dirty recipients. Show me the numbers...

Fla. went this way:

RE: It's about friggin' time... - BlueTiki - 08-03-2011

Why aren't they testing everyone?

This law ONLY applies to those who have a conviction for drug offenses.

Why not start with proof of citizenship first?

Just tax the rich to pay for their well-being.

Druggies are people, too.

I find hilarious that someone wants numbers for this , but can't do the math for other things.

The way this should be done is that all welfare checks are stopped until a clean drug test at the lazy fucks own expense is brought in.

those who wouldn't pass won't spend the fucking money and those that do can be re imbursed for their expense after 90 days.

no cost to the state no cost to the tax payers, because we know anyone on welfare ain't payin no fucking taxes.

Naive much? Who's going to sort through and figure out who the drug offenders are, how are they going to contact them to let them know they need a drug test, some system needs to be set up so that checks aren't issued to those without clean tests, I could go on and on. Stick to blue collar work, Dickie.

Cross reference databases? SQL query?

I hear technology does amazing things, these days.

Both the hard and soft side of ware.

There's always the "Honor" system.

Somebody has to program it, and train people on it and...

I think it's great in concept (and I agree, test everyone) but it can't be done for free. I'd just be concerned about throwing good money after bad.

Just make convicted druggies ineligible.

RE: It's about friggin' time... - Cracker - 08-03-2011

I think welfare should be a loan. You should have to pay it back like student loans. You get a hell of an education: Keep your fucking legs shut if you can't afford to feed kids.

See! I can argue against wasteful spending too.

I actually managed a drug/urinalysis testing lab at one point in my career. Memories....

I heard today that the fed is considering ANOTHER stimulus package to avoid a double dip. Srsly???? :O

This whole FAA thing is freaking me out since I took a flight last week and I have another planned next week. I'm going to have to double up on the xanax.

Delta took full advantage of the situation and jacked their rates.

Just don't fly at night. The tower sleeps when the sun goes down.

you're a 2nd grade reader aren't you?

all the checks stop, everyone is instructed if they want their check bring in a clean drug test.

pretty simple user, in fact it's so simple that even a liberal twat could understand it.
