RE: Aliayah Lunsford, 3, West Va. missing - Jezreel - 02-16-2012 10:31 PM

WDTV - Members of the out of state search group that had been looking for missing 3-year-old Aliayah Lunsford last week will be coming back to Weston on Friday.

Joe "The Bloodhound" Nick and Hunter Glass are coming back to look for the girl. While they were here last week they spoke with law enforcement, Aliayah's immediate and extended family and volunteers while they took their dog Mia and looked for the little girl.

Even without the team here, the volunteers continued a command post at the Eagle's Club off of Route 33 in Weston. On Thursday, about 50 volunteers came to look for Aliayah.

This is an update from a local who has been doing all they can from the beginning to try and help find Aliayah.....

Bob Hein
This is to set the record straight.

Earlier this week I found some information while listening to the 911 call. I gave that information to Joe Nick and Hunter Glass from PPP, who sent it along to an analyst friend of theirs in North Carolina. Their analyst worked on the material and faxed it back to the State Police barracks yesterday in Weston. I had just gotten to the command center to talk to Joe, and he told me that he was on his way to the State Police to pick up a fax, and my tip was included in the material, so I rode with them to see the results.

Joe, Hunter and I went out to the barracks, where Joe signed for the fax and made copies. He was called by the person who was escorting Ralph, and he set up a meeting with them. Joe talked with Ralph about the voice analysis and the truth was told then and there.

In no way did Joe Nick, Hunter Glass nor anyone else set up Ralph, falsify evidence or attempt to frame him in any way. They confronted him with the evidence, evidence now in the hands of the State Police and the FBI. At this short meeting they discussed every single time that Ralph had failed his polygraph tests. None of the polygraph tests were administered, analyzed or verified by anyone involved in PPP, including Joe and Hunter.

We now know through the "rumor mill" that both Lena and Ralph have failed every polygraph test given them. They have also been caught in various statements and uttering lying about what happened to Aliayah and where she can be found.

These so-called parents have done everything in their power, including lying, lawyering-up and stone-walling, waiting for the heat to die down. Well it isn't going to die down any time soon. Joe, Hunter, PPP, Aliayah's Army volunteers and others from across the country have all pledged their undying love and support to bring this child home and bring those who are guilty of her disappearance to justice.

Lena, Ralph...If you're not going to come forward and face justice, you might as well crawl into the same hole that you hid Aliayah in.

I still don't know that either one of them will break, the only ways I see it going down is either they both keep stchum forever or one of the rats the other out to try and save themselves. They are both worthless scum!! I am surprised that Ralph actually agreed to the meeting and actually admitted some truths finally, I hope this is the beginning of the unraveling of the story and that Joe Nick and the PPP Recovery team will find Aliayah!

RE: Aliayah Lunsford, 3, West Va. missing - Jezreel - 02-24-2012 08:15 PM

WDTV - Joe "The Bloodhound" Nick was back in Weston looking for still-missing Aliayah Lunsford, 3.

Aliayah has been missing since Sept. 24.

The FBI confirmed Nick was briefed by its investigative team, which includes W.Va. State Police.

Nick said he had an expert analyze the 911 call Lena Lunsford made on Sept. 24. The expert discerned a male voice in the background advising Lena, he said.

He believed the answer to Aliayah's mysterious disappearance lies in the Dennison Street home from which she disappeared.

"The answer is with Lena and Ralph," Nick said. "And when one of those two step forward, and tells the answer, then the whole story will come out. But remember, I am sure that the story will come out it if they don't."

Nick said volunteers continue to search Lewis County using underwater equipment and cameras.

They are based at the Eagles Club in Weston and continue to welcome volunteers and donations.

RE: Aliayah Lunsford, 3, West Va. missing - Jezreel - 02-28-2012 08:36 PM

There was a search going on at a dam near the lunsfords old home in bendale this evening. They blocked it to lower the water so they could search better. EMS, crime scene lab LE were all there.... They put something in a black bag and put that bag in an ambulance and the ambulance left. WDTV were on scene also but haven't seen a news report yet. Lewis county infor news and talk page has posted some pictures one that shows crime scene tape. I can't post the pics as am on my phone.
I hope Joe Nick and his team has made progress and this case is going to come to a close soon, please let this search from tonight be something, Aliayah has been on my mind and heart since the day she was reported missing.

WESTON -

The group calling itself Aliayah's Army called in dive teams Tuesday to search the West Fork River behind the Dennison Street home from which Aliayah Lunsford, 3, disappeared Sept. 24.

The group called in divers after underwater photos captured by Aliayah's Army showed "what looked like it could be a skeleton," Spokesperson and Aliayah's Great Aunt Vickie Bowen said. But, she stressed the photos were inconclusive and "could be anything."

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reduced the Stonewall Jackson dam to a trickle before dive teams from Braxton and Nicholas Counties entered the river, Bowen said.

I found this report from WBOY

Aliayah's Army, which is made up of volunteers and family members of the missing child, tried unsuccessfully to reach the FBI and W.Va. State Police before it called in the dive teams, Bowen said. The group also called the Lewis County Sheriff's Office, which responded.

RE: Aliayah Lunsford, 3, West Va. missing - Lady Cop - 02-28-2012 10:54 PM

i think perhaps the "army" got a little overexcited.

WDTV

Kathy Stover, head of the Aliayah's Army volunteer incident command center, explains why search crews were in the Bendale area on Tuesday.

Aliayah's Army has continued the volunteer searches of the area after PPP Recovery left. On Tuesday, members were sent out around 10:30 a.m. to clear some more areas, including the Bendale dam, which is behind the former home of Aliayah's parents, Lena and Ralph Lunsford.

The water levels were turned down so that crews could easily search the area. A boat went in with an underwater camera and around 2 p.m., they found some things they wanted law enforcement to look at. Following protocol of the volunteer search, members called PPP Recovery who alerts the FBI and the State Police who are working Aliayah's disappearance if anything seems like it could be connected to her disappearance. The volunteers also called local law enforcement.

Around 3:30 p.m., the Lewis County Sheriff's Department, Lewis Co. EMS, the State Police Crime Scene Unit and members from the Braxton County Dive Team went to the area.

The divers were not able to see what the volunteers had seen so Stover says video will be reviewed and volunteers may go back and search Wednesday or later this week.

Hmmm interesting I wonder if this is the actual case only because I was speaking with a local earlier who took a drive down there when everything was going on and she heard Kathy Stover speaking with news about 12 hr before reports of a black bag containing 'something' was put into the ambulance. I know it's all over the rumor sites but there have been confirmations of some pretty trustworthy peoria that saw this. Although whatever is in the black bag could on all reality be nothing significant. Sigh.

evidently the granny (on the right in video here) is going to die any day now, in hospice care. she reportedly maintains she does not know where the baby is, but admits her sweathog daughter lena may know more than she's telling. well if she is about to meet God she better spit out what she does know. 'cause she will also be meeting the poor baby girl and have some explaining to do.
she helped obstruct this investigation.

RE: Aliayah Lunsford, 3, West Va. missing - Jezreel - 03-07-2012 09:27 AM

She certainly did help obstruct this case and she could have called in any of the big search teams too! Another Cindy Anthony, lying to protect a good for nothing daughter.

Well news from a cousin is that Joann passed at about 1.15am this morning and the family is asking for prayers..... I will give them something but it certainly won't be prayers!

Oh sweet Aliayah, will you ever be found?

the republic
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The mother of a 3-year-old girl who vanished from her West Virginia home six months ago Saturday believes that her daughter is still alive and prays daily for her safe return, her attorney said Friday.

Lena Lunsford doesn't know what happened to daughter Aliayah or where she is, but Mike Woelfel said she refuses to give up hope and continues to cooperate with investigators.

"Lena is convinced that no blood relative of Aliayah knows what has happened to her. Nor was she involved in any way with her disappearance," he told The Associated Press.

Asked whether Lunsford believes a non-blood relative may have been involved, Woelfel said only, "She doesn't know what has happened to Aliayah." Liar

She has, however, recently filed for divorce from her husband, Ralph Keith Lunsford 115. She's been living with her mother for months under a judge's order and is currently awaiting sentencing for federal welfare fraud.Prison But the lawyer said Lena's mother died about two weeks ago.

Aliayah vanished from her Lewis County home near Bendale on Sept. 24, and there has been no sign of her since.

Lunsford, 29, told police her daughter was in bed at 6:30 a.m. but was gone when she checked on her later. Aliayah was about 3 feet tall and 35 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing purple pajama bottoms and a pink sweat shirt.

Based on the configuration of the door, the doorway and the doorsteps, Woelfel said he and Lena Lunsford have concluded "there is no way the child could have simply wandered off from the home. No way."

"A child that age, that size, with the dexterity of a child that age," he said, "... it's all but physically impossible to have just been a simple walk-off.

if that fatass welfare whore lena thinks divorcing ralph will save her sorry ass, she is wrong.

RE: Aliayah Lunsford, 3, West Va. missing - Jezreel - 03-28-2012 02:23 PM

the FBI are holding a press conference tomorrow morning at 10 at the WVSP barracks in Weston. There had not been one since Nov 14, 2011. I hope they have new information to tell but I highly doubt it.

I have never seen a missing child's case with so much drama and FB seems to be where most of it goes down, there are a bunch of groups that say they are for Aliayah and all anyone does is bash everyone else, then the groups go secret. People actually threatening each other. Then apparently Joe 'the bloodhound' Nicholas who has been there searching with PPP was having an affair with a searcher, his wife was posting on public FB sites about it and the latest is that money that was donated for the search of Aliayah was used by Vickie Bowen to pay for the grave diggers for Joann's grave!!

This poor child, all that needs to be done is her be found, she doesn't need or deserve all the drama that has ensued, it's mind blowing to read some of it. I hope this darling angel is found soon....

Hey LC if they are separated cant they be made to testify against each other if need be? Married couples cannot right?

She is probably going to lay the blame on Ralph, notice how it said 'blood relative' in the article?
