I find it so odd that the mother, Grandmother and Aunts have only spoken out about Aliayah once since she has been missing (nearly a week now) the SF has not really been mentioned except for media confirming his name. I really do think that LE and FBI know something about this baby girl but are keeping stchum, which to me indicates it has something to do with the family, maybe they are waiting for the mother to give birth to her twins?
LE stated that the family were at an undisclosed location, that seems odd or is it just me?
Here is an article about the SF.... like I said, his name has been confirmed by LE as the SF.
Also I keep reading, not just on the rumor site but on ther forums such as JusticeQuest that items were found on Sunday at the pond which would belong to a baby, I.E toy, diapers etc, again it's hear say but would make sense why they are so focused on the pond and have drained it....

There is a difference between poor and clean. Just because you are poor does not mean you can't wash stains off the wall and make the bed. I have been in some houses of some very poor people, that have been spotless.

Respected Defense Attorney Offers Services to Bring Search to an End
A noted defense attorney is offering his services to help bring a close to the search for a missing 3-year old girl.
Authorities handling the search for Aaliyah Lunsford have said from day 1 that they are not ruling out any possibilities in the girl's disappearance. The possibility remains that the girl was abducted and taken out of the area. Respected Clarksburg defense attorney Tom Dyer says if that's the case, whoever knows what happened may be in fear of the consequences. If anyone has taken the girl or knows where she is -- he is willing to help them. He will meet with you privately and arrange for the surrender. Dyer says he hopes his offer will bring an end to the suffering for the family and community while saving tax payer dollars and manhours being expended on the search. He's offering his services free of charge.....to contact him call 677-0111.

two videos here, news and the presser:
BENDALE -- Denzil McHenry's home sits directly across from the Lunsford home on Dennison Street. But he remembers it usually being a quiet home.
"It's weird if you have five kids and you never see them out playing," he said.
But that's not the only question McHenry has regarding the family. McHenry said he was out loading his truck all Saturday morning, but never saw anything strange, despite what Lena Lunsford told police.
"I was here until a little bit before 10 [a.m.]," he said. "I never heard anybody hollering or screaming, come outside looking for anybody. Nobody ever came out to ask me if I'd seen her or seen anything or nothing."
Aliayah's mother said she saw the girl in bed at 6:30 a.m. wearing purple Dora the Explorer pajamas. She told police she went missing between that time and 9:30 a.m., when she left to search for her.
McHenry was not the only one to question Lena Lunsford's timing and questions in the community stretch beyond that.
Both Lena and Ralph Lunsford, Aliayah's stepfather, have questionable criminal backgrounds, including an unlawful assault charge in 2009 against Ralph Lunsford. Weston Democrat reporter John Wolfe remembered covering the case.
"It was alleged that he took an ax and threatened his niece, and broke out some of the windows in her vehicle," Wolfe said.
"Now I kind of wonder," McHenry said.
Wolfe's court research revealed Ralph has 16 past charges and Lena Lunsford has several too. Her's are not violent, but they include lying to police, forgery and receiving stolen property.
"They would make you question her integrity," Wolfe said.
The FBI has remained tight-lipped about its investigation. Special Agent Jeff Killeen said investigators have received a lot of tips that they're checking. Thursday, agents searched the Comfort Inn room where the family moved yesterday, after its Dennison Street home became a crime scene.
But so far, nothing. And the lack of developments has made people wonder.
"They might be a little more forthcoming with information," Wolfe said.
"I think they should've made it a crime scene Saturday afternoon because it was obvious she wasn't in the neighborhood or anywhere in the vicinity. They should have checked out if there were fingerprints or anything out of place that looked like she might have been abducted," McHenry said.
Investigators are still concentrating their search in Lewis County because the majority of tips have led them there, Killeen said.

since the house was finally (too late) designated a crime scene, the family was moved to a local crappy comfort inn. i assume the taxpayers are picking that up. what is amusing is that the police told them to take their "important" belongings with them. then they searched the belongings! that made me laugh out loud! clever, had to be an FBI move.
note, this was NOT "rumor".

So sad, seeing the searchers in the murky water looking for that precious little girl.
That attorney's offer is just sick. Can he get away with that?
FYI, The Weston Democrat reporter that was quoted in the news about the mom's and SF's past criminal records is posting on the Lewis Co news and rumor mill FB pages.

I have a different perspective on the attorney's offer. I see it as a act to draw out anyone who may have harmed Aliayah and figure out what has happend. I've worked for a criminal defense attorney on murder cases and in doing so I came to appreciate that such an attorney can ethically represent someone's rights and not be one of those attorneys that will do anything for a buck. This guy offered to represent anyone for free. You can't even say he's out to get famous because there isn't much media coverage anyway!

That's how I saw it too. Didn't the article state he is a prominent or well known attorney? I'm not one of those people who think defense attorneys are the scum of the earth, that's just dumb. Let's see, defense attorney or prosecutor, I'm going with the defense, the money is way better.

He is probably well-known in his county, but I've never heard of him. In small towns attorneys can be "big" people or have some influence. I think he meant very well in his offer. I probably would have done the same thing. If anything IMO it's more of a lure than ambulance chasing.

report 09.29.11... "FBI officials said there's no reason to believe an actual crime has been committed.... investigators have no evidence that anyone has kidnapped or hurt Lunsford...."
Goooooooood grief!!!! Please tell me they are talking legal mumbo jumbo! If they really believe the shit they said yesterday, then are they really thinking she just walked out the door and can't be found??!! At this point I pray she's with an abductor because the alternatives are death.

Someone posted this on the Lewis CO. info news & talk page, I dont know which paper he is referring to so I can't link the article, but very interesting I think
Yesterday's front page story in the Clarksburg paper had a comment from an FBI agent that seemed odd to me. The paper said he repeatedly declined to talk about specifics of the investigation but did offer two interesting comments. "As the information comes in, as leads come in, as we continue to fill in the gaps and paint the picture on the matter, we make progress". Also "I'm not discussing ...sp...ecifics of Wednesday's efforts at this time. Some of it will be painfully obvious to you. It is important to the investigation, to the purity of the investigation, that we not conduct it in the public forum. I will get you every bit of information that I can possibly get you and yet I don't want to taint the investigative effort." What seemed odd to me was the comment about "Some of it will be painfully obvious to you" Painfully obvious??? His first comment also kind of implies they are slowly building a case.
Also saw this posted in a paper today:
