I made fettuccine alfredo tonight. 2nd time making it. Both times I only had sweet cream that I use in my coffee, but it still turned out good. Tonight I put spinach and artichoke hearts, mushrooms and brocoli in it. It was really tasty. First time cooking with artichoke hearts, tho I've had them in restaurants I have never purchased fresh or canned.

I made crab cakes with a chopped salad and a chipotle lime dressing. The fish market had fresh picked blue crab today from Alabama.

We had lots of seafood tonight. Really rich food. Very non traditional meal for our family at Christmas.

I fucked up my breakfast casserole. The store was out of frozen hashbrowns so I used the boxed ones instead. It wasn't until I poured the eggs and everything over it that I realized the potatoes needed to be rehydrated in boiling water first. Hopefully I don't fuck up tonight's steak and lobster tail dinner too.

I dont know what the hell you're on about, but my lobster tails and steak came out perfect. I can cook lobster and steak perfect, but fuck up a ghetto ass casserole beyond recognition. Go figure.
