RE: what's for dinner? - BlueTiki - 10-24-2023 Cheese enchiladas, Mexican rice and frijoles refritos. Avocado, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Going non-traditional with a green chile and tomatillo sauce (Northern New Mexico style). "Cornish" Pasties, tomorrow. Thinking of pickled red cabbage as a side. That sounds amazing! RE: what's for dinner? - MirahM - 11-09-2023 I got some chicken out of the freezer yesterday. Put it in the pan today added some mustard-dijon and spinach. It is a meal I had one time when I was house sitting and that was about all I could find, so I duplicate it occasionally. Its pretty good. RE: what's for dinner? - sally - 11-09-2023 I stopped at the farmers market today and got some great finds that you don’t normally see around here. Fresh purple hull peas that took me an hour to shell but so worth it, fresh from the garden organic collard greens, local lavender honey and fresh hibiscus which I’ve never seen before. I made iced hibiscus and mint tea with the honey as a sweetener. RE: what's for dinner? - MirahM - 11-10-2023 Damn that sounds tasty. I get the box hibiscus tea from the store. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 11-18-2023 Not very often. RE: what's for dinner? - Clang McFly - 11-19-2023 (11-18-2023, 06:57 PM)BigMark Wrote:Mmm....a light snack. RE: what's for dinner? - sally - 11-19-2023 I’d eat every bit of that. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 11-20-2023 What about the food?
