Yeah right after she watched two fat fucks sit for two hours messily eating two dozen chicken wings. RE: what's for dinner? - Som Yung Ho - 01-27-2017 I mean the 14 year olds. RE: what's for dinner? - Duchess - 01-28-2017 I'm making potato salad and baking a ham. I try not to think about what it is as I'm shoving it into the oven. RE: what's for dinner? - Maggot - 01-28-2017 Yesterday I was thinking of superbowl food. imagining all the stuff I could make for this Sunday. Until I realized it was next Sunday. I've never made it before. RE: what's for dinner? - Duchess - 01-28-2017 (01-28-2017, 02:13 PM)Maggot Wrote: I wouldn't know where to start to make a potato salad. Potatoes. *runs* RE: what's for dinner? - Maggot - 01-28-2017 You can't run very fast in the snow with no shoes on young lady!!! Bacon, celery, mayo, salt, pepper, turmeric, white onion other spices. Peel and boil potatoes, cube the potatoes, mix all the ingredients together. Much better than that abomination my brother and his friend made a few years ago. Potatoes, Italian dressing, and deli mustard. Blech. RE: what's for dinner? - sally - 01-28-2017 Fried green tomato BLT's. I've had fried green tomatoes before, but never attempted to make them myself. My garden is full of them so I decided to give it a shot. They turned out very good. RE: what's for dinner? - Som Yung Ho - 01-28-2017 I love you Sally. I want to marry you and take you away from all of this madness. RE: what's for dinner? - Clang McFly - 01-29-2017 (01-28-2017, 09:19 PM)sally Wrote: Fried green tomato BLT's. The movie version was good though. RE: what's for dinner? - HairOfTheDog - 03-11-2017 I've never been to Rolling Hills casino, but heading there in a couple of hours. Aside from getting away and and hanging out with my friend for a couple of days, I'm most looking forward to dinner at the steakhouse tonight. 9 weeks into the low-low carb eating plan, I don't wanna blow it. I'm definitely splurging on the calories though. No baked potato with the surf and turf (I love potatoes), but at least a half a bottle of Cabarnet is definitely on the menu. RE: what's for dinner? - BigMark - 03-11-2017 Break a leg! RE: what's for dinner? - sally - 03-11-2017 I started the low carb diet Monday. No beer, but I do have 4 small glasses of Cabernet at night. Now I'm going to cut it down to two maybe 3. If you don't dip your lobster in butter and order a filet mignon which is actually a leaner cut of steak it won't be that bad. I know it's hard to resist the potatoes, I think that's my favorite fattening food. I like them every way imaginable. RE: what's for dinner? - Som Yung Ho - 03-13-2017 I'm having silverside. You yanks/aussies know what that is? RE: what's for dinner? - sally - 03-13-2017 (03-13-2017, 01:32 AM)Som Yung Ho Wrote: I'm having silverside. You yanks/aussies know what that is? When I had a salt water aquarium the feeder fish were called silversides. I hope you're not talking about them. RE: what's for dinner? - Maggot - 03-13-2017 Maybe those scampy little things that come out of the shower drain sometimes. |
