If the heist goes as planned, this might work.
If I had unlimited money, I'd love to buy some undeveloped land in an area like you suggest and open an adult-oriented roller coaster park with some stages for local bands. The drive-in would be old school - except with fire pits and barbecues. Mostly old movie favorites. The coasters would be hard-core thrill rides. Cost for liability and security would be outrageous, but it sure would be fun and concessions could probably rake in some major dollars.

Well you did say "hardcore." Maybe you could have a long thick car that slides repeatedly in and out of tight damp tunnels. Then for extra loud screams of surprise, about halfway through the car jumps the track and goes in the other tunnel.
