Now that I think about it, I could be happy with someone who knows how to use spices, I don't need a chef, just a simple cook will be fine. My bar is really low on this particular thing.

Simple cook? My unemployed brother would be perfect for that. He has a culinary degree and is a bit on the lazy side, so it balances out. You could even hire me as an assistant cook, since I'd probably be doing most of the work anyway.

I think you might have the best social life of anyone I know, including myself. Mine would be waaaay better if I could do it in the AM. At the end of the day the last thing I want to do is primp and head out again. I wanna throw on some comfy clothes and chill.

Yes, life is good. Going to the Schmaltz Brewery in Clifton Park to their Star Trek Symbiosis release party tomorrow night where I'll try the latest Star Trek beer and sample some of their other Star Trek beers too Trouble With Tribbles, Vulcan Ale, and Klingon Porter. And there is Star Trek trivia too.
And then Saturday I'm out to the Troy Pig Out for some good food, music, and a Cornhole tournament.
I wear my comfy clothes to work and chill at the after work events. If I'm a bit slovenly, who cares? My future girlfriend/wife if I meet her, should love me warts and all.
Tonight's Rockin' on the River was good. Good folk rock music and a chili lime pulled pork quesadilla and bowl of Heart Attack Mac with pulled pork and pork fat instead of butter.
