My husband made homemade bread in the oven and it actually came out good. That was what we had for Christmas eve dinner and I don't know why I posted it, I guess I was drunk as usual. We're doing the vegan thing now just for the fuck of it. No animal products at all. I can do without meat no problem, but eventually I'm going to want some clams and shrimp. Like right now.

Salt and pepper grinder, olive oil and a honey jar. My son calls it old lady crap, but I don't care. I like them and it makes me happy. All of my stuff is old lady décor according to him. I guess I should decorate the house with Iron Maiden posters, condoms and beer cans.

Yeah I don't like lamb (chops) either, but my wife loves them, and always orders them in restaurants.

I'm craving scallops in bacon, and jumbo shrimp in bacon in between. Cooked on Sally's grill on skewers soaked in beer overnight. Shrimp, scallop, shrimp, scallops. That's right yumyumyumyum.

You know what else is really good on the grill with bacon? Potatoes!

I par-boil baby potatoes with the skins on until they're barely tender. Drain and cut the bigger ones in half. Toss with some olive oil and salt and pepper. Then I cut un-cooked bacon into strips and rub paprika all over it. Then skewer the potatoes with red onion and the bacon in between. Then put on the grill until it's sizzling and browned.

I've never had lamb chops. But I loved the lamb roast my Mom made every Easter. She injected chopped garlic into it. It was so fucking delicious.

Yeah, you just brought back a memory, my MIL used to make a mean roast Leg of lamb, swimming in chopped garlic! It was to die for.
(Funny though, I don't like lamb chops)
