Don't mention hot and sour soup. I'm addicted to the hot and sour soup from Asian Pan(not as good as the hot and sour soup I had from Phila Fusion at Chowderfest though) and their pork dumplings.

It's a spicy/sour soup with tofu, Chinese mushrooms and some other vegetables and seasonings that you'd have to get from an Asian specialty store since they wouldn't carry it at the regular grocery store. No blood soaked cakes of rice, but I remember hearing of something like that before. This is not it though.

No it's not sweet and sour sauce, you fat General Tso eating fuck. It's called hot and sour soup. I know it looks strange, but it is awesome when done right. It's a spicy broth with tofu and Chinese vegetables and eggs mixed in like an egg drop soup.

I was responding to Som Yung Ho, you Crab Rangoon Queefing Queen! I know what hot and sour soup is, I drink it by the gallon every other night from this Chinese restaurant named Asian Pan. I voted for the hot and sour soup from Phila Fusion at the Chowderfest.
