I think next year I'll try cooking the corned beef, potatoes, cabbage and carrots myself. Its been a few years, but I remember it all came out soft, tender, and nicely cooked.

Corned beef and cabbage is the easiest dinner in the world to cook. I made it last night, but we didn't eat it because we went over to a friend's house instead and didn't get home until after midnight.
We didn't eat it today either because we went out for a late lunch and no one is hungry. I'm going to make corned beef hash out of it tomorrow morning.

Agreed. I like the seedless variety. I never ate watermelon too much growing up because Mom would buy the watermelon with seeds and I hate sitting spitting seeds. Watermelon margaritas are one of the best kinds of watermelon I ever had.
