RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - Donovan - 07-02-2016

Nah, you're not in the "exceptionally stupid" you're in the "exceptionally brainy chicks I'd love to make sweaty animal noises with" group.

As far as the e-mail and other scandals are concerned the need to investigate such things is extremely important and I've never faulted that those investigations occurred. There were irregularities in the way things were handled, and Benghazi certainly looked like kind of a mess of beurocracy when it is broken down minute by minute. I'm no Pollyanna Clinton worshipper. It's also likely true that Clinton's first response was to protect her political backside; something she probably does instinctively after this many years of constant attack by the right.

Our political system is contentious and breeds the sort of people who thrive in that cesspool. It's Game of Thrones with less Dragons and Tits, but the same number of Cunts and Pricks. Anyone, Clintons included, who can survive and prosper in the toxicity of such a life has some dark stain on their character. Anyone.

But that doesn't, as some would have us believe, make them "all the same". Clinton is self-serving, money-driven, and willing to compromise personal ethics in the interest of the greater goal. Just like damn near every other person on the planet. I have to weigh my choice on whether I think she can effectively meet the biggest challenges our country faces along the way. Her foreign policy is sound and is equal parts diplomacy and iron fist. Her economic policies, especially if Bill is along for the ride, are also solid. And the MAIN reason I like her is that she's hard enough to break the stalemate in Washington that even Obama couldn't get around with all his "hope and change". Not because she's some sort of messiah, but because her enemies are fucking terrified of her.

No charges will be filed against Hillary for her email fiasco. I doubt that will come as a surprise to anyone. The FBI director said he informed no one of his decision before he spoke publicly about it as he felt he needed to be even more transparent than usual in this case.

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - Donovan - 07-05-2016

Lol now what will they talk about all summer?

I will bet that Trump will still find a way to have a temper tantrum over her and the emails anyway

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - Duchess - 07-05-2016

He's having one right now. hah

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - Donovan - 07-05-2016

Now their spin is gonna be how evil Sith Lord Bill met with the Loretta Lynch and Jedi mind tricked her.

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - Duchess - 07-05-2016

Of course they are but what I think will happen is that Donald will once again do something so fucked up that all eyes will be on him and he'll lose another shot at trying to take her down a peg.

I can hardly believe I haven't gotten one single text message from someone, anyone, trying to rub my nose in it. My friends and family are remarkably quiet.

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - F.U. - 07-06-2016

Interesting read from Allen West.

Here’s why I’m DELIGHTED about the FBI’s verdict on Hillary…

Of course, the news cycle is completely dominated by FBI Director James Comey’s announcement yesterday recommending no criminal charges against Hillary Clinton. And my response is GREAT! I can’t thank Director Comey enough for coming to this decision.

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - QueenBee - 07-06-2016

Unless there is a tolerable 3rd party candidate I will vote for Hillary . I refuse to NOT vote for president, as I do not think it solves anything, or says anything. But I refuse under any circumstances do anything that would put that rug-wearing asshole into office.

That's it? That's the only shit anyone is going to give me about Hillary?

Da hell!

Didn't know I was even trying to give you shit. I just posted a link to a story I found interesting. Hmmmmm, guess I missed the memo.

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - Duchess - 07-06-2016

I didn't send a memo out this time.

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - Blindgreed1 - 07-06-2016

Mike Rowe gave a very inspirational speech on Independence day. Made me proud to be an American. The day after our 240th... Not so much.

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - Donovan - 07-06-2016

Sick it up, ya big baby, if Bush didn't go to jail for imaginary WMD's they sure weren't going to send Hillary to the big house for hitting the "reply all" button a couple times.

Bad intel from our friends across the pond differs greatly from compromising national security, purgery and withholding/destroying evidence in a federal investigation. If a serviceman/woman did the same thing she did they'd lose clearance and likely be charged treason. Hillary? No it's cool. Give her the key to the white house. You can downplay it all you want, she's a disgrace. I wish I could find the Mike Rowe thing. It was really cool.

Are you saying that's what caused the United States to invade Iraq?

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - Maggot - 07-06-2016

hah

RE: HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT - Donovan - 07-06-2016

That's Bush et al defense to avoid war crimes charges. But numerous reports, including the very recent admissions by Tony Blair, indicate that Bush knew there were no imminent threats from Saddam and deliberately misled the public and Congress in order to justify a war. Most credible sources agree Bush had an axe to grind and a very strong profit motive, and both his family's friends' oil interests and Cheney's war profiteers made billions on Iraq and Afghanistan. But that doesn't fit BG's narrative so he ignores that part. And many countries "across the pond" acknowledge that the US essentially strongarmed them into sending nominal troops into a fake coalition that was really USA driven invasion. Not to mention the fact that Bush deleted around five million emails, Karl Rove deleted 22 million emails, both on private servers including many tied to the sudden, probably illegal firing of seven atttorney generals in mid term. That's compared to 50 thousand or so erased by Hilary.
But BG has never let factual data get in the way, or long term memory.
