This Police Chief is not only a child predator, but also a real numbskull.
Prosecutors say 40-year-old Michael Diebold, who last year married his fiancee on tv and lost part of his arm in a fireworks accident, is charged with two felonies: unlawful contact with a minor and criminal attempt to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. He's being held on $500,000 bail.
He was reportedly being watched by LE after it became known than he was trying to lure underage girls into sexual hookups on-line, posting under the username 'Kutecop4U'.
The attorney general's office on Friday arrested the Leechburg Police Chief at a spot in Westmoreland County where he had allegedly hoped to meet up with an 8th grade girl, who turned out to be an undercover cop.
His wife Danielle Reinke Diebold seems to be devastated and disgusted. She sent a statement to CBS Pittsburgh, the statement is included in the first link below.
