No.........not you cars, auto cars. I bought a Chevy Blazer 4x4 for the winter that was in really good shape, took out the engine, took out the transmission. I put in a 307 and added a 400 transmission. Now the check engine light is on so I asked a guy and he said disconnect the bulb. So I did and passed my inspection. They don't let you pass if its on. It turns out that the 92's used a flashing light and not a computer plug in if the lights off your good. I thought it was only 89 and earlier.
