The New York Times publishes a story raising questions about Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort's work in the Ukraine, detailing handwritten ledgers showing "$12.7 million in undisclosed cash payments designated for Mr. Manafort from Mr. Yanukovych’s pro-Russian political party from 2007 to 2012, according to Ukraine’s newly formed National Anti-Corruption Bureau."

Following several weeks of communications regarding a potential "off the record" meeting with Russian officials, federal court records say that the Trump Campaign Supervisor told George Papadopoulos that “I would encourage you” and another foreign policy adviser to the campaign to “make the trip, if it is feasible.” The trip did not take place.
