NORTH KOREA & NUKES -- IS CHANGE ON THE HORIZON?
#63
In addition, as a result of President Trump's legitimization and praising of Kim........South Korea, China, and Russia were all given a green light to ease sanctions and are reportedly in discussions with North Korea about plans that will bring more money into the country.

Lessened tensions between NK and its neighbors is a good thing, in my opinion. Glad to see it. And, bringing more money into North Korea, if it's used to improve the economy for its citizens, is not something to which I object. If the money is simply used to further increase nuclear capabilities and line the pockets of Kim and company, however, it's a big fail.

Economic development was happening under the joint nuclear deal with Iran when Iran met its commitments and sanctions were eased. Of course, Trump pulled the U.S. out of that deal even though it was years in the planning, contained clear goals and timelines, was negotiated with Iran and international partners, and (most importantly) included site inspections/verifications in Iran -- none of which has been accomplished when it comes to our dealings with North Korea.
