I think cricket is similar to baseball in that its probably more fun to play than watch. I don't know what I would dread most, a roided up pitcher wanging a fastball at my head, or a 6'8" West Indian aiming a 90 mile per hour bouncer towards my face.

Why the extended length of time to play? A baseball game will range from 2-4 hours. And, you're right, it moves too slow for a lot of people.
