Mmmm...sounds good. I'd add some sausage/ ham, black olives, green peppers, jalepenos, scallions, and chives to the omelet though.

The other day for breakfast I had Gorgonzola and Pear Raviolis. Odd combo, but damn good.

Saturday I was in the wine and liquor store and saw a bottle of pear brandy with a whole pear inside.

Mug of hazelnut vanilla coffee, 2 silver dollar pancakes and a sausage patty. (no butter, just butter pecan syrup.)

2 poached eggs, a slice of Jesus bread toasted, organic super greens, sliced radish, avocado and red pepper flakes. Green tea with lemon no sugar.

Healthy living.

We go there once a week and tip pretty good. They love us and always hook us up with extra food. They're all Mexican too, no bullshitting gringos working in there.

I think the last time I went to a Mexican restaurant I was in Tijuana. And I had to eat fast.

I like to use Mr./Mrs. T Bloody Mary mix (in liquor section), dash of lemon, salt, dash of hot sauce (to taste), vodka (to taste), skewer of stuffed olives and stalk, including leaves, of celery. You can also add pepper or lemon pepper to add tiny bit more flavor. Enjoy!

Nice to see you, blueberryhill.

I think I tried Mrs. T's before and it was pretty good.

Love lemon pepper, but never thought about throwing a pinch in a Bloody Mary. Will give it a try next time.

Cheers

That was go to mix until.I tried zing. Its amaZINGSmiley_emoticons_wink

Blindfolded eggs, tater tot and cheese caserole and pinto beans with a little ham.
Breakfast is the big meal of the day for now until I get back to work, then it will be lunch. Dinner will be small if at all because of my taekwondo workouts, don't feel like eating once I get home. Metabolism has apparently changed

A protein shake with a banana in it. I took two sips and threw it out though because the protein powder is too sweet and I couldn't get it down. So now I'm going to put a grapefruit and some fresh ginger in the blender and drink that instead. Grapefruit and ginger goes very well together and it's quite refreshing, it doesn't do anything to fill you up though.
