I didn't read the bill that HotD posted but the article I read said there are exceptions for antique ivory. I suppose someone out there is an "antique ivory expert" who could tell what is/isn't. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if my mom has some ivory in her jewelry box from 30-40+ years ago. Ivory brooch's used to be very common.
