"Wasn't Me...Those Dudes Did it in a Drug-Fueled Rage"

Looks like Aaron Hernandez's defense will be that Ernest Wallace and/or Carlos Ortiz killed Odin Lloyd in a PCP-induced violent outburst.
Prosecutors assert there is no evidence of "an actual drug-fueled violent episode" by either Wallace or Ortiz on the night Lloyd was killed. They have asked the court to ban Hernandez's defense team from referencing a doctor's expert testimony during opening arguments, which are scheduled to begin Thursday morning at the Fall River Justice Center.
"Unless and until the defendant can offer some evidentiary basis for the notion that Wallace and/or Ortiz engaged in a violent outburst at the time Lloyd was killed, they should not be permitted to present expert testimony as to the reason why that fictitious outburst might have occurred," Assistant District Attorney McCauley said in the court filing.
I hope the judge agrees with the prosecutors this time and rules against the defense.
