Have you read about Bill's recent exchanges with the Black Lives Matter protesters? They're giving him hell over the 1994 crime bill he signed, which many see as opening the door for mass incarceration. Bill's defending his actions at the time and telling people not to blame Hillary.
Bernie signed the same bill, so I don't think it will hurt Hillary much anyway. Personally, I'm just happy that both the Democrats and Republicans are actively working to end long minimum sentences for non-violent offenders and they're focusing more on treatment than punishment for addicts and the mentally ill.
