I made chili tonight. It is pretty good.
I just wanted to get rid of some ingredients, so I thawed the lean ground beef from the freezer, put it in a pan w/ seasoning and onions and then chopped an onion, red pepper and put it all in my little crock pot. I didn't have room for much more so I had a bowl of the meat for dinner to make room and I added a can of diced tomatoes w/ garlic.
I used cumin and some that I had left over from a taco seasoning packet.
It was perfect until I decided to add salsa and a little bit of spagh sauce I had in my fridge that also had garlic in it.
I had added cinamon earlier and that was delicious!
But then at some point it got too spicy and tomatoey

I just tasted it again, its good, a little spicy but good.
Oh and I had some chick peas that I added. No room for other beans tho

It is pretty chill

I wonder how that would be in chili. Have you ever tried it? Some pot in the pot of chili?

Those look just okay. LOL.

At one point I added cinnamon and it tasted pretty good. I also heard you can add coco powder. I had the chili for lunch today and it was 2nd day spicy!

Mmmm cornbread.

The Amish make cornbread muffins that are fricken huge, like one of those gourmet cupcakes that's a quarter cake.
