I have never been as excited about cheese as others are. I like it, but I don't LOVE it! : P
And I do eat goat cheese.
Occasionaly I like real blue cheese crumbles in a sald or on a steak.

My relationship with food has changed over the last few years. What really used to get me excited was BBQ.

The last new amazing thing I had this summer was ginger ale, and ginger ale lemonade-all home made. Sooo good, I never liked ginger ale before.

A cheese denier, settled science is against you.

Perhaps.
I am sure my aversion comes from every vegetable I ate as a child had some sort of fake cheese sauce and I am sure sometimes that clumpy cheese slid down my throat and made me gag.

I have since worked my way back to the finer cheeses and I do enjoy a great meat and cheese platter!

Fake cheese is a vampire of all that's good and tasty in this world.
