It's very techinical and it aint for everybody, but I think your take on it is a bit general and condescending. I have a vast variety of tastes in music spanning over several different generes and I am a musician myself so I do know an accomplished artist when I hear one and Behemoth are very good at what they do. I don't buy into the whole satanic evil thing they do, but the material itself is well written, composed and performed (live and in the studio). Currently Behemoth is being held in Russia over trumped up charges regarding their visas, so their angry angst likely has a lot to do with the religious persecution they've experienced over the years abroad and at home in Poland. I've met them on several different occasions and they're all very intelligent, well spoken professional musicians.

Condescending? I didn't pretend to be some music god coming down from my lofty heights to appease anyone?

I was talking about my taste in music. What I like. I'm sure your taste is wide and varied and I never even referenced it. Only my opinion on the clips that were posted at the time.

I'm certain you have probably forgotten more about music than I will ever know. I know fuck all about the technical side of what those guys have put together there. But I know it's not pleasing to my ear.

Porsches are a very technical, well executed piece of automotive engineering. I don't like them either.. Vive le difference..

I'm sorry, BG, I'll stay outta your pit.

No, we're cool crash, like I said, it aint for everybody. I was just pointing out that your comment "People that never got through their angry fucked up teenage years still wanting people to see how much 'rage' they have inside" wasn't really accurate. It's true, differing opinions makes the world go around my friend. Stick around, unless everything I've posted to date is crap to you, you might just find something you like.

I don't have any set style of music I listen to, it's just whatever sounds good to my ears. I have a list of songs that I like from everything from country to rap. I like these metal songs. Something about that Static X songs helps me when I'm jogging and feel like quitting.

Never been much of a SOAD fan. Serj's vocals annoy me for some reason. AHC and hed (pe) both have the drop tuning 90's - 00's sound, but I kinda like that lower register. hed(pe) tours fairly often with my friends in Mushroomhead. Nice guys. Overkill? That brings back some memories. Bobby Blitz! hah I toured with them in the early 90's. Feeling a bit "proggy" today, so lets start off with some Tool shall we?
