If you brine chicken breast in a mixture of 1 gallon cold water, 1⁄2 cup of salt and 2⁄3 cup of light brown sugar for six hours, followed by rinsing it off and brining it in pickle juice for 1 hour then you get a chicken breast that has the exact texture and flavor of Chick Filet. After rinsing off the pickle juice and patting them dry, sprinkle a mixture of 1 Tbsp. salt, 1⁄2 Tbsp. pepper and a tsp. paprika over them.
What they bread and fry it with I don't know, that's a different secret. But the chicken itself taste just like chik filet.
