Lindsey looked shell-shocked to me.

I didn't see that particular shot of him, I saw him out in the hallway being interviewed after the fact. He appeared almost giddy. I was dumbfounded by his attitude, it was the complete opposite of his manner yesterday. It was just so odd, remarkable actually.

I took it as a "You've got to be kidding me" laugh. Or laughing and saying in his head, "None of this is going to matter, a week won't matter because Kavanaugh will still be supreme court judge". I took it is a maniacal laugh.
