You clearly don't blame Trump for everything sal. And, not all of us buy into the reality show antics.
Holding someone responsible/accountable for their own actions, words, and policies is not 'blaming them for everything', of course. That goes for Trump, any other President, and adults in general.
Trump promised better and more affordable healthcare for all and a repeal/replace of Obamacare. He failed on that promise. That's just reality.
The Republican party's failure to agree among themselves regarding a health-care alternative, their inability to adequately address the impassioned protests of their constituents, and their unpreparedness to take action after 8 years of promising to do so........ had many Republican congressional candidates embracing and claiming that they supported key aspects of Obamacare in the midterm elections.
That includes Republican representatives who'd actively lobbied against those key aspects for years on end and who are currently parties to a federal lawsuit which threatens the very provisions they falsely claimed to support for election purposes.
Trump and the Republicans are responsible for their own failures and bullshit, just like everyone else.
Trump also promised massive deregulation. That he's achieved and some of it is good, in my opinion (where useless but revenue-generating government regulation was holding back business growth).
However, some of the massive deregulation is simply irresponsible and not in the best interest of American and global citizens. It allows financial institutions, environmental polluters, and food producers/processors to go unchecked or significantly less-checked at the risk of public safety, security, and health for the sole purpose of increasing corporate/industry profits (I think of it as 'capitalism without conscience').
