I have started exercising again.

I know quite a few here does it already cough,cough
But after 6 days it still feels like Mama Cass is walking on my back eating a cheeseburger. I feel good because my dick is a bit stiffer and my calf muscles feel just as stiff but I really hate doing it because I'm lazy and just want to stop. In the back of my mind I think that this is what I get for getting old but isn't there a pill or something I can take that fixes all this stuff? I have to admit I feel better. But it's painful.
You couldn't get a clue during the clue mating season in a field full of horny clues if you smeared your body with clue musk and did the clue mating dance.

Go Maggot, go!

I hate exercise for the sake of exercise. I used to go to dance class but it's been awhile. No time. I ride and I hike and weather permitting I swim.

Sitting is the new smoking.

I have a gym with some free weights and cables in my garage and I worked out my legs last Monday after not exercising for a while. The next day I was so sore that it hurt to sit down and it lasted for a week. If you do it regularly though you'll get used to it and the pain won't be as bad. They have a post workout recovery drink at GNC that will help with sore muscles, but I don't know how healthy it is for you. They also have pre-workout energy drinks that give you more stamina while exercising, but again I don't know how healthy it is for you.

I have not been training since November, with the move, house and job hunt its just not been the priority.
Next week or two I have to get back in there, I have found a school and been to visit, looks like a good place

I started slow and added a little more each day, I think I will stay at the level I'm at for a week or so. Hopefully I can get going good by summer so I can get a shot at the new ZZ Top "legs" video.

Do lots of squats Mags. They’re great for the thighs and glutes. Those guys in ZZ Top seem pretty damn picky when it comes to their scantily-clad video sex kittens.

If you get rejected though, you might make the cut playing a Sharp Dressed Man in another remake video..........just leave the galoshes and coon-skinned hat at home.

Seriously, keep it up! (The exercise routine, not the stiff dick.)
