Frank actually has his masters in alcoholism counseling. He has a real love for those caught in the cycle of substance abuse.
He worked at a rehabilitation center for children and teens for a brief period, then he got busted for lewd and lascivious conduct and buying alcohol for minors. Now he just counsels the alcoholics here at mock.
