Let me know what you see at http://24hourforums.com ... it's blank for me now, no offline message even showing. I believe that is because the work is done and it is propagating on the net ... but hasn't clicked in or reached me yet. Let me know if you get a blank screen or that message I had typed up yesterday showing, with the admin login link below it.

If you hit admin login it brings you to the login screen the goofy message is still there. send me your login and password and I will fix it for you.
