Surprisingly good "bad cop" drama. Big name cast evens out some of the average acting by Keenu Reeves, who is still pretty good in the lead role of Tom Ludlow.

From IMDB - Tom Ludlow (Keanu Reeves), a veteran LAPD Detective, works in a Special Vice Squad Unit in Los Angeles. Ludlow has been suffering from depression since his wife died. On top of that, his former partner, Detective Terrance Washington (Terry Crews) is murdered by two gang members. Ludlow goes on a wild and reckless quest through the mean streets of Los Angeles to track them down and get justice for Washington. Captain Jack Wander (Forest Whitaker) is Ludlow's supervisor who must keep him from going over the edge and out of the cross-hairs of Internal Affairs Captain James Biggs (Hugh Laurie). Douglas Young (the-movie-guy)

Interesting look at cops who are out of control, dirty, and pretty much everyone is some level of "bad". Well done for a renter. Lots of killing and well paced movie. Check it out.

Keanu....meh, he doesn't do much for me. Forrest Whittaker is good.

However, the BEST movie coming up is the new Pacino/DeNiro flick; Righteous Kill. That is a MUST see. Two of my favorites in one movie..... ::fuckyeah::

Fuckin-A it looks good. When does it get released; do you know offhand? I've been stricken with CRS.

Pacino has been a long-time favorite of mine. And DeNiro in Midnight Run was a fucking scream. Love the guineas!!!!
