SC, Can I be seeing correctly? That car's headlights are on and it appears that someone is attempting to drive through that intersection of waist deep water.

I don't think anyone is in it. I think its an electrical malfunction. But WTF would I know about crap like that. I only know where the gas goes, and how to use the radio or other gadgets inside. LOL
