Buy these so people don't double dip, effen disgusting.

Cheddar Cheese Mold

Good strawberry jam (keep separate, don't mix in with the rest)

1 lb. cheddar, grated
34 cup Mayo
1 small onion, grated or 5 green onions, white only chopped finely
1 cup chopped pecans
cayenne pepper, just a small pinch, the heat sneaks up on you

Mix all together, mold into a hollow circle on the plate, fill the center with the jam, garnish with extra pecans. Serve with wheat thins.

I may try this:

Jalepeno Popper Dip
•2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temp
•1 cup mayonnaise
•1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese (half Jack, half cheddar cheese)
•1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
•1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
•1 (4 ounce) can sliced jalapenos - double if you like heat
•1 cup panko bread crumbs
•1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
•1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation:
In a food processor, add the first 6 ingredients and process until smooth. You do not need to drain either can of peppers. Spread the dip into a greased 2-quart casserole. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter; mix well. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over the dip and bake in a preheated 375 degree F. oven for about 20 minutes. You want the top to get browned and the dip to be heated through and bubble gently on the edges.

Do not over cook this dish or the mayonnaise with separate and you will have a grease puddle in your dip. Serve with Buttery crackers or a sliced French baguette.

If you really want to fatten up to 300 lbs quickly, here is a good one:

Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 - 10 oz. cans chunk chicken, drained
2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese (soften)
1 cup Ranch dressing
34 cup pepper sauce (like Texas Pete)
1 12 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly

(The canned chicken is the easy way but boiled, shredded chicken is better)

Thank you, those sound great (and fattening). This sounds good, too, for crudite:

Ingredients
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
12 cup sour cream
12 cup plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, peeled
14 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1.Combine the feta cheese, sour cream, yogurt and garlic in the container of a food processor or blender. Pulse briefly until garlic is minced. Spoon into a serving dish, and season with salt and pepper.

Spinach Dip ~

1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry.
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 cup Hellmans
1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix

Mix & chill.

I put this in a round, hollowed out, bread "bowl".

It's great for crudite as well as crackers/chips.

If they are eating smoked salmon DIP - they are welfare Jews. A nice Nova belly, hand trimmed with Kosher cream cheese and you'll shine brighter than a fully lighted menorah. L'chaim!

Red pepper dip

1 (7 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and diced
1 12 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 Tbls minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbls Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients and put in a small baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

Or if you want something healthier, this is really good, but I add some chopped garlic and cayenne powder or chipolte chili powder:

I made this jalapeno popper dip for Thanksgiving because I was looking for something easy. It really does taste just like a jalepeno popper and everyone wanted the recipe. The only thing I did different was add a 12 cup of shredded sharp cheddar and baked instead of microwave.

Unfortunately this one involves cream cheese, but it's still damn good.

1 package(8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
12 cup sour cream
14 cup Hellmans mayonaise
15 ounces frozen cooked salad shrimp or fresh cooked chopped shrimp
1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
3 green onions with tops, sliced
assorted crackers

In large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonaise untill smooth. Spread mixture on a round 12-inch serving platter. Sprinkle with shrimp. Top with cocktail sauce. Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese, green peppers, tomato and onion. Cover and refridgerate. Serve with crackers and lemon wedges.

How about a basic tomato salsa recipe with shrimp added.

Here is a suggested recipe, but you can add/delete things you don't like. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or toasted pita bread.

12 pound cooked medium or large shrimp, roughly chopped
2 plum tomatoes, diced
12 red onion, diced
1 small jalapeno pepper minced or 14 green pepper if you prefer.
14 cup minced cilantro
14 cup fresh lime juice
12 teaspoon cumin
12 to 1 teaspoon chili powder (to taste)
12 to 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix all together and chill for about an hour.

And another, no cream cheese, but it does have the standard cheese and mayo.

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drained rinsed and chopped (14 to 16 oz)
12 cup green onions, chopped
1 clove of garlic or 12 teaspoon garlic powder
a pinch of salt (about 14 teaspoon)
12 cup real mayo
1 cup cooked, peeled shrimp, roughly chopped
paprika for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together other ingredients, place in a baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.

Definite stoner food. Also one of my favorites of all time. Try it with original Fritos corn chips even better than Doritos. Also really good with celery or carrots if you want to pretend to be healthy.

I was thinking about laying out a dip table for New Year's Eve, but I don't want to kill my friends with cream cheese and mayo. I would be thrilled if I went somewhere and they had 10 different kinds of dip (as long as no-double-dipping is strictly enforced, I totally judge people who dip the first time out of the bowl, put some on your fucking plate you heathen).
