We'll both likely be a few pounds heavier tomorrow, but I've got a healthy menu for the rest of the week (except for 2 birthday restaurant dinners; I can never resist the sour dough).
I'll be able spike the Diet Pepsi when I'm cooking for just myself. If there wasn't a whole red onion between the potato salad and macaroni salad I probably would have sauteed some onions to go with the mushrooms.
I don't know if my menu will be healthy for the rest of the week. I don't plan my menu that far in advance. Maybe when I'm living by myself again, I'll try to eat more healthy.
