I don't care how it's made, the few times I've tasted it, it tasted like what I imagine a dead dumpster rat rotting out in the hot sun would taste like.
I actually like the smell of Braunschweiger Liverwurst though because it's all spiced up and looks appealing on rye bread with onion, mustard and pickle. But unfortunately when I tried it the overwhelming taste of liver was still there.
