The former Clinton campaign staff, and maybe Hillary herself, are starting to express the view that some of us have that Comey's letter reopening the investigation (and then closing it a couple days before the election) may well have made a huge difference in the outcome. Given early and mail in ballots, if people were on the fence about Hillary's trustworthyness, that letter may have pushed them over the edge.
I don't know if it actually changed the outcome (that seems a bit extreme) but then again, it's an unknown. He never should have put out that first letter 11 days before the election. Period.
I don't blame her or her camp for bitching about it. It was a bigger deal that I don't consider just sour grapes.
