She's working at the local Hannaford as a cashier. Or she has a twin. I swear this girl is a dead ringer. If I were her I would do anything I could to NOT look like CA.

Shrewd Knucklehead's Casey & Jose are probably out partying somewhere!

(And LC is rumbling up a storm from "up there" about it. She absolutely disliked both of them)

Baby killer Casey is in the news again. Hope she finally gets the karma she's due!

ORLANDO, Fla. — An attorney says he will take Casey Anthony's deposition as part of a defamation lawsuit his client has filed against the Florida woman acquitted two years ago of her daughter's slaying.

That questioning is set for October.

Anthony's attorney was out of state and therefore didn't immediately return a phone call.

Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez claims she was defamed when Anthony told detectives that a baby sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez had kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. The detectives were investigating the girl's 2008 disappearance.

Her body was found later and Casey Anthony was charged.

Anthony's attorney has said that details Anthony offered about the accused baby sitter did not match Fernandez-Gonzalez and clearly showed Anthony wasn't talking about her.

(Well look at that, my "BULLSHIT detector" just went off!)

I don't think Zeneida Gonzales has a very strong case, tbh.

But, I hope she does and I hope she wins the defamation suit and is awarded a large sum that sucks up any monies Casey Anthony could make selling her story.

The deposition by Gonzales's lawyer is supposed to take place tomorrow, October 9th. Anthony's attorneys are still trying to shield her from having to answer questions about her actions when Caylee was supposedly missing.

If the judge rules that she has to answer such queries, Anthony's attorneys have filed a motion that her testimony be sealed and unavailable to media and the public. They've also asked that she be allowed to answer questions remotely, rather than appearing in court (for her own safety, of course).

Really hoping that Casey Anthony is finally required to answer questions under oath and that the transcripts are made available to the public.

Casey lives in her own world, seemingly oblivious to her daughters death. With all the testimony given at the trial she hardly ever had tears in her eyes, and even if she did they didn't last long, and likely were just crocodile tears. She was shown many times when she had a smile on her face, and at other times just out & out laughing.
Actually, it may be unlikely that she ever gets to hit the big money trail. So unfortunately Zeneida may not be able to collect any real $$$$$$.
Casey seems to have a "lucky star" over her, and things that should not go her way, just somehow work out in her favor. She eventually will be judged in the end by ST. Peter at the pearly gates. Maybe then she won't slip by justice. No one will ever know except her.

JUDGE RULES DEFAMATION SUITS AGAINST CASEY ANTHONY WILL MOVE FORWARD

TAMPA — The legal fight over Casey Anthony's bankruptcy will continue, after a judge on Tuesday ruled that a pair of complaints filed by people suing her for defamation can move forward in federal court.

It was a defeat for Anthony, who now faces a deposition by attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez, though Gonzalez's lawyers said in court that they've agreed not to publish the deposition or reveal its time or location.

Gonzalez and Roy Kronk (the meter reader who discovered Caylee's remains and was painted as a suspect by Casey Anthony's defense) both had defamation lawsuits pending against Anthony in state court when she filed for bankruptcy in January, and have been fighting to salvage their claims against her ever since.

They filed complaints against Anthony's bankruptcy in federal court, arguing that Anthony was "willful and malicious" in damaging their reputations. Anthony's lawyers filed motions to dismiss those complaints.

On Tuesday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge K. Rodney May declined to dismiss the Gonzalez complaint. Kronk's legal team will have to amend his complaint, but it will be allowed to move forward, May ruled.

And...

In earlier legal news, Texas EquuSearch and Casey Anthony agreed to a settlement. The search organization which assists in locating missing persons spent over $100k searching for Caylee. They filed suit to be reimbursed because Casey knew where her daughter was all along.

In a settlement filed in October, EquuSearch agrees to drop its complaint. Anthony agrees to allow EquuSearch to claim $75,000 as a creditor. However, it appears unlikely EquuSearch will get much, if any, of that money. EquuSearch attorney Marc Wites acknowledged Monday that Chapter 7 creditors "usually receive very little money, if anything."

The group may get a portion of whatever Anthony's bankruptcy trustee can find in her estate, but the rest of the $75,000 debt is now set to be wiped away when her bankruptcy concludes.

Casey Anthony scores another victory

TAMPA, Fla. - A bankruptcy judge has ruled that Casey Anthony won't have to pay most of her debts, discharging what she owes except for those related to student loans or criminal fines, if she has them.

Judge K. Rodney May signed the order Tuesday for Anthony, who filed for bankruptcy in Florida earlier this year, claiming about $1,000 in assets and $792,000 in liabilities. Court papers list Anthony as unemployed, with no recent income. Most of her liabilities are legal bills.

Just hoping Zeneida Gonzales wins her defamation civil suit, with a huge payout, so that any profit Casey Anthony gains from her notoriety will be transferred from her possession.

I don't think that's gonna happen, but still hoping it does...

Casey Anthony Deposed - More Lies

After Caylee disappeared in 2008, Anthony told investigators a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez had kidnapped the toddler. A Kissimmee, Fla. woman with the same name as the fictitious nanny is suing Anthony, claiming her reputation has been ruined.

According to the January 23rd transcript of the deposition (filed yesterday), Anthony told Gonzalez's attorneys she met the baby sitter at Universal Studios in 2006 and the women were friends for a little over a year. She said she left Caylee in her care on one occasion in 2006.

During the contentious deposition, Anthony declined to answer many questions and she refused to answer all questions about her daughter. Gonzalez's attorneys plan to ask a judge to compel her to respond. A hearing on that motion is scheduled next week.

"Now, is there any way in the world that you could suggest to me that I might find this person to see if she ever existed?" Gonzalez's attorney Keith Mitnik asked Anthony. Anthony replied, "I don't know if you could or not, sir."

During her murder trial, Anthony's attorney Jose Baez told jurors the baby sitter story was fabricated. During the deposition, Anthony's attorney Cheney Mason said she was not responsible for Baez's statements in court.

Story: http://www.cbsnews.com/news/casey-anthon...eposition/
=============================================
First, Casey Anthony claimed to leave her daughter with a Zenaida Gonzales all of the time and it was Gonzales who stole her baby.

At her trial, her attorney Baez claimed, in her defense and on her behalf, that Zenaida Gonzales wasn't a real person at all and Casey had made her up (insinuating it was to protect her dad, or herself, or whatever the jury wanted to make of it).

Now, her other attorney Mason claims Baez made up the story of Casey making up the babysitter and Casey claim she really did know somebody by that name after all, but has no clue how the woman could be located.

Whatever. I hope Gonzales wins her suit in any case, simply because I want Casey Anthony to pay for what she did in every way available.

Casey Anthony**, the woman found not guilty of killing her two-year-old child, drew stares when she was spotted out at a MOTHER'S DAY event in South Florida

Cindy Kirkpatrick and her friend, Jennifer Carter, ran into the so-called "most hated woman in America" at a 5K race, where Casey was volunteering and handing out hand sanitizer.

Weird.

Choosing to make her public re-emergence at a Mother's Day event is either an act of defiance, ignorance, or apathy.

A thinking person would realize how that would raise more than a few eyebrows.

I think showing up at a Mothers Day event sounds exactly like something she would do. She's that self centered.

Pariah mom Casey Anthony has filed papers with the Florida Department of State to register a new business, Case Photography, LLC. Daily Mail Online found Casey snapping away with her Canon SLR camera, as veteran private detective Patrick J. McKenna showed her the ropes.

Anthony has been staying with McKenna, who was the lead investigator on her defense team. She has set up blogs, online slideshows and a Facebook page to showcase her work - but is yet to post a single image.

She is said to have taken numerous portrait photos of two-year-old Caylee, whose skeletal remains were found in woodland five months after she disappeared in 2008.

Prosecutors accused Anthony of suffocating the toddler with duct tape and dumping her body but a jury cleared her of first degree murder.

Anthony immediately went into hiding but was forced to surface for a March 2013 bankruptcy hearing where it was revealed she owed her former attorney Jose Baez nearly $1 million in legal fees.

Another of her attorneys, Cheney Mason, claimed in July 2014 that Anthony was living as virtual recluse and working as 'a housekeeper, clerk, secretary and stuff like that.'

'She hasn't been freed from her incarceration yet 'cause she can't go out,' he told CNN.

'She can't go to a beauty parlor, she can't go shopping to a department store, she can't go to a restaurant, she can't even go to McDonald's. She can't do anything.'

Unless you are going to retry her she needs to make a living, do you want to contribute? Her ass is getting a bit big for stripping...

Sure, I'd love her to contribute.

But, she never contributed when she was a single mom with plenty of opportunities and no infamy. Instead, she lied 24/7, stole from the people who helped her, and permanently rid herself of her inconvenient child. Those aren't things that young people do and then grow out of. So, I don't believe that she is looking to become a productive member of society.

Maybe I"m wrong. But, even if I am, I don't think there's going to be much demand for Casey Anthony to photograph people's weddings, children's birthday parties, or anything like that; for very good reason. I don't think very many people would hire her as a P.I. either; she's the last person I imagine people would want to invite into their private lives/affairs. However, if she's working behind the scenes for someone else, maybe she'll be able to support herself some day and her defense team can finally cut the strings.

Or, she'll wind up behind bars and the state will house, feed, and provide her health care.

P.s. I'm not sure the pole would be out of the question if she was so inclined; fat asses are all the rage and some dudes would probably pay for the novelty factor alone.
