Six,

Can I ask you when you got the pictures from the ladies in your past did your share them or ever show them to your friends?

I know many of my guy friends will admit that they will show them off. Even my current boyfriend told me his friends were even asking if he had gotten naked ones of me when we started dating, as if this is the norm. And I told him it wasn't happening and he of course claimed he wouldn't share them as his friends were asking for. Still told him it wasn't happening. He would show me pictures on his messages that his friends would send him showing him who they are "banging".

I can't recall a time when any of my buddies have shown me intimate pictures of people that they have been involved with. In my circle of friends and acquaintances, you'd be very much considered a slimebag asshole for doing so.

If my daughters were doing it, I'd sure as shit let them know how disappointed I was in them. If I ever caught or heard of my son involved in that shit, I'd kick his ass.

I agree and I let my bf know that I wasn't happy about it especially when in one instance one of the girls was a girl that ended up being a mutual acquaintance of ours. She wasn't naked but dressed in a certain fashion that some would enjoy.

I just was curious if this is something "new" going on or if this is not talked about thing like "bro code" or what lol. Either way I think it sucks.

That is a very cool thing to stick by your honor. I wish people did that more (stuck by their promises) and it ruins it for others when they don't.

If one of my mates showed me and my other mates an intimate/sexual photo of a current or ex girlfriend we would not be at all impressed, in fact I think all of us would be pretty embarrassed and uncomfortable.

I have intimate photos of and intimate letters to and from ex girlfriends and nobody else has seen them and I would never show them to anyone either. I don't care how badly a relationship might have ended I wouldn't betray a woman like that.

There are rumors going around on the tabloids that the winner(the one who receives the final rose) of the current viewing season of the bachelor is passing or shopping around full nude of the bachelor that he sent her. Not watching this season and haven't for a while so I don't know much about the women on this season. It does go both ways obviously.

I've never watched the show & I don't intend to. The premise alone has ick all over it.

It's got to be the stupidest show ever.

I cant think of anything more degrading than a grown, attractive woman getting on national tv and bawling 5 mins after meeting some douche bag that didn't give her a rose.

Years ago there was a reality show called Temptation Island, the premise was to put couples & singles together and test the strength of the relationships of the couples. At the time I thought that was the stupidest show ever but tv has sunk to new lows since then. It all sucks, every one of those stupid fuckin' reality shows with their stupid fuckin' premises. It's entertainment for the brain dead.

I know smart people like those shows too. Thought I'd throw that out there for everyone I just offended.

There is a UK show called “Tool Academy” where young women take their douchebag boyfriends and husbands to like a school where they can learn how to not be douchebags anymore.

It would have saved a lot of time and money if the stupid bitches hadn't chosen to date or marry a douchebag in the first place.

Los Angeles: A notorious "revenge porn" website operator and another California man have been charged with stealing nude photos from hundreds of hacked email accounts and posting the images online.

Hunter Moore, 27, who has been dubbed by some media outlets as "the most hated man on the internet" and the "revenge porn king" was arrested on Thursday at his home in Woodland. FBI agents also arrested Charles Evens, 25, of the Studio City area of Los Angeles. Evens pleaded not guilty in a Los Angeles court while Moore appeared in court in Sacramento but didn't enter a plea, US attorney's spokesman Thom Mrozek said. Both remain jailed.

Story

It sounds like authorities have an air tight case against Moore. He's such a despicable tool - I really hope he gets busted on all counts. He pleaded "not guilty" in court yesterday.

Snip:
Hunter Moore, 27, is charged with 15 federal counts, including conspiracy and aggravated identity theft. His trial is scheduled to begin in California on April 8.

According to the indictment, Moore’s website isanyoneup.com consisted of sexually explicit photos posted by users – without the victims’ permission - often for the purpose of “revenge.” But the indictment indicates that the photos he obtained from users were not enough to populate the site to Moore’s liking.

The indictment lists 54 “overt acts” in 2011 and 2012, including emails between the two defendants discussing “how to [] hack e-mails,” how to set up a PayPal account “to avoid detection of their scheme and connection to each other,” and direct requests for photographs, including an email sent “on or about Feb. 12, 2012” where Moore requested “nude pictures of ‘7 girls and 3 dudes.’”

Conviction

A San Diego man charged with running a so-called revenge porn website where people posted nude pictures of their ex-lovers - and then charging the victims to take down the images - was convicted Monday of 27 felony charges.

^ Scumbag Kevin Bollaert, 28, was found guilty Monday of identity theft and extortion. He faces up to 20 years in prison.

The San Diego County Superior Court jury was unable to reach verdicts on two charges of identity theft and conspiracy and a judge declared a mistrial on the counts.

Prosecutors said that in 2012 and 2013, Bollaert allowed people to anonymously post more than 10,000 images, mainly of women, on his now-defunct ugotposted.com website without the knowledge of those in the pictures. The victims' names, cities where they lived and other information such as links to their Facebook profiles also were posted, authorities alleged.

Bollaert also ran another now-defunct website, changemyreputation.com, where victims could go and be charged up to $350 to have the images removed.

Prosecutors said he earned tens of thousands of dollars from the scheme.

"It ruined my life and I'm still going through it," testified one woman, who said she was thrown out of her home after her nude photos were posted. "I lost my family. They think that I brought shame on them. My reputation is ruined."

At trial, prosecutors argued that Ballaert knew the images on his website were private and posted without consent of the victims, and described the business as essentially a blackmail scheme.

Bollaert's lawyer, Emily Rose-Weber, argued in court that her client may have conducted an immoral business that took advantage of "human weakness" but he didn't break the law by allowing others to post the explicit photos. "It's gross, it's offensive, but it's not illegal," she said.

When Hunter Moore finally goes on trial, I hope he's found guilty too and faces even longer sentencing.

Awesome to read he will pay for that.

Since when did sharing private pix with a lover become human weakness? Stupid cow.

It must take a special type of individual to bypass everything they would consider immoral to defend something just because of the premise that it's not illegal.

Maybe that's what being a shit hot lawyer is all about..

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think morality should be legislated for the most part either.

Defense lawyers have a legal obligation to argue the best possible case in favor of their clients, even if their clients' actions (or alleged actions) conflict with the lawyers' or society's general views on morality.

But, I think you're right about some of the most shit hot defense attorneys -- they don't seem to have any morals themselves which probably makes defending criminals and scumbags easier. Other defense lawyers are really good people who are committed to everyone's constitutional right to a competent defense, especially those who were formerly prosecuting attorneys. Mixed bag.

Publicly posting revenge porn isn't a victimless act. It violates others. I'm so glad Bollaert was convicted. I do wonder if he would have been acquitted had had he not set up the other company charging victims to have their photos removed. I think the blackmail aspect of his actions is what sunk Bollaert's ship.

So in theory a 'Revenge Porn site' may be created and survive if a 'Blackmail site' is avoided as it rises like a Phoenix from the interwebs? There is a market for this type of site and like illegal music file sharing that attracted LE in its first incarnation this type of site may find a way to morph into a success. I hope not.
