BILL COSBY ACCUSED OF RAPE
I know where Cos and QJ got the inspiration for the lyrics.

Theme from his first TV show.

Bill's gonna be deposed again ..this time by pitbull Gloria Allred.

Allred often rubs me wrong, EXCEPT when she's in the right. In this case, she's so in the right, IMO.

[Image: 0723-gloria-allred-bill-cosby-tmz-3.jpg]

Earlier this week, a court denied Cosby's motion to dismiss a civil case by Judy Huth, one of his accusers and Allred's client.

That cleared the way for Huth to proceed with her civil lawsuit against Cosby ... and the pressing matter now is the comedian's deposition. Huth claims Cosby sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion when she was just 15 ... more than 40 years ago.

Allred told the press that she will absolutely ask Cosby about all the women -- 37 and counting -- because she says it proves his M.O. ... get them high, and then have his way with them without consent.

Allred says she sent Cosby a notice, demanding to take his depo in the next 30 days, and making it clear it will all be videotaped.

She also says if Cosby refuses to sit for the depo in the next month, she'll ask a judge to hold him in contempt.

Cosby can't take the 5th in regards to any of the questions this time because the statute of limitations has run out on all possible criminal prosecutions. So for Allred, it's open season. Bill should be sweatin'.

It's funny that he happened to be an OB/GYN.

Skeevy, huh.

My tune has changed in regards to some of the women who have come forward after so many years. I'm pretty sure it's due to some of BH's posts addressing how times were so different back in the day. I have a little more understanding now of why women choose not to say anything at the time.

It's weird.

The doctor who wrote Cosby's bogus prescriptions for Quaaludes was also a gynecologist.

Cosby testified in his deposition that he got the prescriptions so he could give the drugs to young women with whom he wanted to have sex. The gynecologist knew that Cosby didn't have a bad back, but that's what the gynecologist wrote the prescriptions for.

That gynecologist later lost his license for unrelated gross misconduct. He's dead now.

I have looked at much more information about what Cosby has done. His arrogance is/was astounding. His wife seems to be enabling him too.

The thing that concerns me, how do we know that with all these women (I believe there is so much more) that he drugged for decades, how do we know that one of them haven't died? How do we know he hasn't killed one of them? That is a toxic mix, it can be fatal given the wrong person, the wrong set of circumstances. There may have been women on other medications who could have had adverse reactions, convulsions, brain damage, you really wouldn't know.

He's a vile piece of shit alright, aussie. I wouldn't put anything past him, but he had a doctor friend supplying him with the drugs and probably knew how to avoid a lethal dose.

I've been following the legal end of his plunge into the gutter and was glad to see that a judge ruled against his motion to dismiss the first of three lawsuits currently pending against him.

Three of the women he allegedly raped are suing him jointly for defamation; they claim he lied and tarnished their reputations when he and his team called them liars after they went public.

Cosby tried to claim his disparaging public statements about the women were "self-defense" using his first amendment rights to freedom of the speech.

U.S. District Court Judge Mark Mastroianni rejected Cosby's bid to dismiss the case before it ever goes to a jury on Friday. In his 38-page ruling, the judge wrote, "The court recognizes that some jurisdictions do apply a version of the conditional self-defense privilege, which allows individuals, in certain circumstances, to publish defamatory responsive statements necessary to defend their reputation. However ... such a privilege does not permit a defendant to knowingly publish false statements of fact."

Cosby was deposed on Friday (testimony sealed). Now he's the one getting fucked without his consent. Good.

Just confirms the old proverb: You can't judge a book by the cover.
To many, Cosby's persona was that of a righteous moral giant.

However in reality as it turns out, inside, he was an unscrupulous lecherous beast!

He had the public fooled his whole career!

I think Cosby is going lose his civil cases. And, it's looking like he might be prosecuted criminally too.

The Montgomery County, PA prosecutor (Cantor) who refused to charge Cosby when Andrea Constadt reported her rape back in 2005 because "it could paint both parties in a less than flattering light" was running for District Attorney this year. (Constadt ultimately took Cosby to civil court with 13 other women prepared to testify against him -- Cosby settled).

Cantor's opponent, Kevin Steele, used the Cosby case against Cantor in his campaign ads. Steele won the election and has been working with a judge for some time and re-investigating the case. He has until January 2016 to file charges -- that's when the statute of limitations is up.

On Monday, Bill Cosby filed counterclaims against the plaintiffs accusing him of defamation.

Cosby's counterclaims consist of 1) defamation per se; 2) defamation; 3) tortious interference; and 4) intentional infliction of emotional distress.

He's not suing all of his accusers, only counter-suing the seven who filed defamation suits against him. It's his last recourse and he really doesn't have anything to lose. His attorney will try to discredit the women when they are called to testify.

His previous attorney, Marty Singer, and he parted ways several months back. Singer is now representing Charlie Sheen.

Christopher Tayback of Quinn Emmanuel Urquhart & Sullivan is Cosby's new attorney. Tayback is a former Deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles and Assistant United States Attorney. His father was actor Vic Tayback who played Mel, the owner of Mel's Diner, on the t.v. show Alice.

Cosby is also reportedly under criminal investigation in Philadelphia and Los Angeles in regards to alleged rapes that occurred before the statute of limitations expired.

Here's a run down of the counter charges: http://www.cnn.com/2015/12/15/opinions/c...-accusers/

At his arraignment today, Cosby had two people helping him walk, along with using a cane.

I don't know if he's exaggerating his age and ailments -- he was planning all kinds of projects and travels for 2015/2016, before the shit hit the fan. So, I think he could be acting and conning; looking for sympathy.

But, I guess it's possible that finally being forced to face the music is taking a serious toll on his physical health. Either way, and whatever the civil and criminal outcomes, Bill Cosby can no longer remain silent.

Jimmy Savile. Bill Cosby (allegedly). Darren Sharper. Jared Fogle. Priest Curtis Wehmeyer...good to see that fame, money, adoration and even claiming to be married to God are no longer shields for predators to incapacitate and violate others.

Hopefully the lifting of the veil will deter some predators. And, hopefully it will empower more women, men, and minors with the mental/emotional capacity to come forward immediately after being assaulted, instead of suffering in silence knowing they'd be written off as groupies, whores, liars, and such while their assailants continue to prey on others.

Cosby is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and I don't always believe accusers. But, personally, I have no doubt that Cosby is guilty of drugging, incapacitating, and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand almost 12 years ago, just as she claimed when she filed the police report which the prosecutor declined to pursue.

I'm hoping the judge allows other alleged victims to testify under "prior bad act" statute. The judge imposed $1 million bail and Cosby bonded out after posting 10%. He'll be back in Pennsylvania criminal court in January or February.

Having said all of that, I'm not sure Cosby would be facing criminal charges were it not for political motivations, and I think it's far from a given that he'll be convicted. Date rape, especially when drugged memories are involved, are difficult to successfully prosecute. The prosecutor who publicly claimed that he believed Constand back in 2004 but didn't think there was enough evidence to meet the burden of proof was recently defeated in election by the by the prosecutor who just filed aggravated sexual assault charges against Cosby.

The new prosecutor used his sitting opponent's failure to prosecute Cosby heavily in his campaign.

I heard another woman Juanita Broaddrick just came out of the woodwork. Cosby is probably aging a year for every day right about now.
