Yep. At the moment, the cheapest fuel you can buy here is about $1.40/Litre or around $5.50/gallon. A slab of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale that you could buy at Costco for around $25 is $80 here. A locally made equivalent would be $65-70.

When I was at Epcot I was standing at the designated smoking area and this lady walked by and rolled her eyes and pretended like she was coughing. I wanted to smack the shit out of her and put a cigarette out on her face. If I acted on my feelings sometimes I'd be spending most of time in jail.

Stop falling down. Went with a friend today to get pedi's. I had to wear those disposable slippers home because I forgot my flip flops. It's raining here. I slipped in the garage right on my ass. I have a huge bruise on my left butt cheek and my neck hurts like a mofo. A few weeks ago I slipped on the stairs. Fuckin A. Gotta get the stairs carpeted.

The first thing to go as we age is our fucking balance which is why I'm adding yoga to my routine. I want you to do this pose every day at least 3 times a day for the next few weeks.

You'll know you've got it when you don't topple over on either side, lol.

I've mostly mastered that one (the "tree" pose) in a couple of days but I wobbled a lot the first several times I tried it. It looks easier than it is. Next goal, mastering it standing on a bosu trainer.
