Of course they do. It's not their money and there's always more where that came from.

This kind of thing makes me want to rant.

When Cracker told me that the universal surcharge on my cell phone bill was to pay for welfare phones I damn near lost my mind. It's not a lot of money but I resent every friggin' penny of it. Since when did a cell phone become a necessity? Does welfare pay for house phones as well?
