Mark, why are they keeping you in the hospital so long?  Or maybe this is normal, I don't know.

I do know that a sentence isn't supposed to be started with "or" though.

Here's hoping your muscles overcome the bone break and your arm heals Evel Knieval that looks rough. Remember your not an un-bruised apple in the orchard anymore you have to be careful not to break it again, you don't want to lose an arm. That would suck. I hope you heal well.
