The funds in the Department of Defence that are not allocated as yet and are loosely for National Emergency Relief is around $100 Billion. This was built into the Trillion dollar budget last year. This is NOT the money already allocated for specific efforts already undertaken.

So again, why do you lie?

There is $100 billion DOD natural relief funds and he will take $7 billion out of there NOT ANYTHING to do with previously allocated California Fire and Hurricane Relief. Stop lying.

He's not getting his fuckin' wall but I can totally see you posting he is until the day he's run out of town. The majority of Americans don't want the wall. If they did, the funds would have been made available at some point during the last 2 years when they controlled every fucking thing. They couldn't even manage to get done the one thing the prez wanted the most. Ahahahahahahaha!

How the fuck do you call someone a liar who posts links? Jesus Christ.

The only people who worry about a perjury trap are the guilty. You either tell the truth or you don't.

That is bullshit and you KNOW this to be so and so I am not sure who you are trying to convince or why?

If you are asked something and you tell it to the best of your recollection and understanding, have you told the truth or have you lied? What if you get it wrong? No one is too stupid to comprehend that we as humans can't recall or remember everything or that our perception will be the exact same as everyone else. This is not even up for question. You know this as well as I and everyone here knows. For example IF you witnessed a crime your perception will not be the same as some other witness. You may think the mugger/robber/murderer was wearing completely different clothes to another, was a different height or was of a different race or ethnicity. If you study for a test you are unlikely to get 100% and many of the answers you answer will NOT be guesses but rather what YOU believe was a truthful answer.......you just got that wrong.

Okay so we know that you can tell something you think is true to answer a question and completely innocently get it wrong and because you are a reasonable and smart person you do not doubt this for a moment. Mueller knows this too and so does every person with any critical thought.

So when he asks something that he has answers for (or has a testimony that HE believes is true) and you get it wrong (even quite reasonably as stated above) what will Mueller do? Will he say, "Well that is not what we have here. Perhaps you mean to tell the truth and give your honest perception and best recollection but it is incorrect" OR will he say "You just perjured yourself"

If the latter then this quote:

"The only people who worry about a perjury trap are the guilty. You either tell the truth or you don't."

is ridiculous. Why are you saying it? Is it simply a Trump thing?

I'm not trying to convince anyone, I don't have a single royal fuck to give whether anyone agrees or not, why would I?

Again, the only people who worry about being trapped are liars.

That is patently untrue and dishonest to say so.

Every wrongly convicted person after they get exonerated will be able to tell you of how they told the truth that they were not guilty and told the truth and were not believed and were convicted though they told no lies.

It is beyond silly to think that ONLY liars have to fear being convicted even though they were honest.

I do get you don't like Trump though. I suspect this is kneejerk because you are only applying it in your head to the people in Trump's orbit who are tainted by association and thinking of Mueller as a white knight paragon of virtue because he is after Trump

It is not. If one is a truth teller then there are no concerns. Don't fuckin' lie and you won't have to worry about being caught in one. The end.

You tell the truth as best you know it AND:

1) you misremember
2) forget some aspect of things
3) are not believed
4) someone else has a different account that whilst wrong sounds more believable.

You are telling the truth and any of these things could land you in prison under a perjury trap.

I am applying it to anyone who lies. Anyone.

I do not view Special Counsel Mueller as a white night but I do view him as paragon of virtue because he is. He's beyond reproach. He was viewed as that by virtually everyone in DC until he started investigating trump and some realized they had something to hide too.   hah

and Uranium one

Are you sure he is a paragon of virtue?

Maybe him being anti-Trump lends him a favourable bias that is undeserved, huh?

Why would you say he's anti-trump?

Because he loaded his team with Hillary supporters/donators, did not excuse himself due to conflicts of interest, is trying perjury traps to shakedown Trump associates, Has not gone after Hillary and the DNC who had much strong ties to Russia and once it was revealed that the special counsel was set up on the basis of lies and misrepresentation, he continued on regardless to run interference for the Democrats. How many of the crimes of the people he has charged were as a result of his investigation and non-existent before he started investigating and how many were related to Russia and the 2016 election? How many were resulting from the defendant being unable to financially support a defence?

Why do you ask him why? He's a babbling nitwit that just regurgitates Trump propaganda. I don't believe I've ever seen a more useless forum member.
