Ruth Bader Ginsberg is the justice that stopped Trumps banking records from being released. She did the right thing, amazing.

A statement from the prez  - "Right now in a number of states the laws allow a baby to be born from his or her mother's womb in the 9th month. It is wrong. It has to change."

Don't blame me, Maggot hired him, I didn't.

He's talking about aborting in the ninth month, no? I guess some states don't have laws giving a time limit on abortion. Which was news to me until HotD posted about it.

It is so cute and endearing when he messes up his words. It is like he is a real human being. He is one of us.

It's not cute, but you know what he fucking meant so why try to make something out of it? I don't get the reasoning, please explain other than you're grasping for straws and have nothing better to worry about.

So since Trump is a really bad speaker we should not care about states not having late term abortion laws in place? Is that what you're saying? They only happen once in a while, so fuck it. It brings more satisfaction to you to make fun of Trump. So much satisfaction in your little empty heart that you don't care about those little fuckers, you only care about your deep hatred for Trump. Trashy duchess.

I do get what he was trying to stay.
I was mocking those that support him that are constantly saying, "He is not a politician. He is like one of us" But he really isn't like the common person living in urban or suburban America.
Also-anyone else who talked like him would be put through the ringer. It definitely is a double standard. Trump gets away with so much from the republicans that they would not allow others to get away with.

And I have plenty to worry about right now. This is just a distraction.

There are comedians who can speak better than Trump. Don't you think he should have a better grasp on things? Should he not know what he is saying before he opens his mouth?
He thinks he is above any direction or guidance from anyone.

Look how much Trump makes fun of others. Look how he debasses them online, individuals and companies-and look what happens to those individuals and companies. It isn't right.

Pelosi being the practicing catholic that she is should be hating abortion and 9th month abortion. But she's not and she prey's a lot about Trump. Now there's a misspelling that should remain.

It's TDS and I have learned to accept it in all it's fruitiness.

Abortion of a viable fetus (can survive outside the womb) is against federal law unless it's medically necessary, even in states that have no supplemental term/time limits for abortion (Alaska, Colorado, DC, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Vermont).

As we discussed previously, abortions during the 9th month very rarely occur. In almost all pregnancies aside from cases of severe fetal abnormality, a fetus is viable outside the womb in the 9th month.

However, some states do define 'viability' later than others and allow elective abortions earlier in the third trimester.

When abortions are deemed medically necessary in the 9th month, some physicians (in states that allow it) may choose to move the fetus partially outside the birth canal because they believe it's less risky to the life or health of the mother ('partial birth abortion' as the procedure has been referred-to by some).

It seems more likely to me that 'partial birth abortion' is what Trump was alluding to -- whether due to ignorance, spin, poor wording or something else, I don't know.

The IG report has been released. Someone in here has been waiting for it, waiting to have all the nefarious bullshit verified. Who could that be?

The FBI has been exonerated thankyouverymuch.

...aaaaand right on cue. Here is Boss Hogg Bill Barr's statement. What a clown he is too. I hope he has impeachment in his future as well. He has no business whatsoever holding the position he does. Lying, disingenuous muthafucka.

The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken.”

One thing is sure, the U.S. is split right down the middle. But I'm sure that would be an argument too.

The IG investigation didn't find anything that trump said they would. There was no political bias, the investigation was proper & so was the investigation into Carter Paige. The Steele dossier played no role.

The prez is freakier than usual, he said the IG report is a disgrace and far worse than he ever thought possible. The last I saw him he was trying to get members of his cabinet to stand up and say something similar. How do they not care about their own personal integrity!

The IG's conclusions regarding the investigation into the investigation were predictable to anyone who's been following the facts.  I don't think that will quash the 'witch hunt', 'deep state!', and other such bullshit bitching from those who don't like the conclusions, but it would sure be nice if it did.

As had already been made clear repeatedly -- the IG concluded that the Russia interference investigation (including potential Trump campaign connections) was justified, it was not affected by anti-Trump bias, the process was followed, it was not dependent on the Steele dossier, and there was no spying by the Obama administration against the Trump campaign.

And, as had also already been made clear repeatedly, the IG noted that a few of the FBI investigators and staff involved were extremely unprofessional in their personal communications regarding Trump.  They've been skewered for it publicly and hopefully it will be a lesson to others moving forward.

The IG report did call out some sloppiness and problems in the Carter Page FISA process.  The FBI Director has accepted those IG criticisms and committed to reviewing and improving the FISA process, which he should.

So, Attorney General Barr's unwillingness to accept the findings of his own justice department's investigation, again, is telling and problematic.  He makes Jeff Sessions look good to me, in terms of respecting the separation of powers outlined in the Constitution.
