When asked by a reporter what he was thankful for, trump responded by saying...himself. He's grateful for trump.

He also took credit for traffic jams across America because he kept gas prices low.

Jesus Christ.

Mexico closed down their side of the border yesterday for a "drill" and later announced that it's border officials have authorization to use deadly force if deemed necessary. I believe Trump had a phone conversation yesterday regarding the closure of our side of the border. I realize nobody here will give a shit until someone dies, but it looks like it's heading in that direction.

Some of us give a shit Gunnar, and some of us don't.  We've been discussing the troops at the border and the migrant caravan here:  http://mockforums.net/thread-13570.html

Tijuana's no Juarez (yet) but it left "sketchy" behind decades ago. I'd be scared shitless to be dependent on the kindness of strangers there.

Then I'm sure you'd agree that the Mexican government giving it's border agents the freedom to use deadly force against the Guatemalans and Hondurans (whom the majority Mexicans despise) is a recipe for disaster.

Trump Foundation Lawsuit Green-lighted

[Image: 6576872-6423319-image-a-46_1543022182525.jpg]

Justice Saliann Scarpulla of New York's Supreme Court ruled today that the state's lawsuit against Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr, Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump can go forward after the president's lawyers argued that he cannot be sued because he's a sitting President.

Scarpulla wrote in her decision that Trump's lawyers could offer no evidence of an example where a President was immune to prosecution for actions taken in his unofficial capacity before taking office.

Lawyers for the president had also argued that state courts do not have jurisdiction over the president, an argument that Scarpulla also dismissed.

"In accordance with Clinton V. Jones and Zervos V. Trump, I find that I have jurisdiction over Mr. Trump and deny Respondents' motion to dismiss the petition against him on jurisdictional grounds," she wrote, while also denying Trump's request for discovery in the case.

Amy Spitalnick, a spokeswoman for New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood, who brought the case, tweeted that the lawsuit detailed how "the Trump Foundation functioned as a personal piggy bank to serve Trump's business & political interests."

After a 21-month probe, New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood came to the conclusion POTUS had been misusing funding of the Donald J. Trump Foundation to help his 2016 presidential campaign and his various businesses.

By suing, the attorney aims to recover $2.8million that Trump is said to have raised for military veterans at an event in Iowa in 2016 but gave his campaign control over.

It's also believed $100,000 from the charity may have been used to settle a dispute involving Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, and $10,000 for a portrait of Trump that was later hung at one of his golf clubs.

Donald Trump and his attorney predictably claim that the case is nothing but a Democrat witch hunt. They'll be able to present that defense in court.

No, I was not aware of that.

GM says trump's tariffs have cost them a billion dollars. They are cutting 10,000 jobs and targeting 5 factories for closing in 2019.

Uh oh. Manafort has been lying to Special Counsel Mueller's team. His plea deal is now null & void.

I thought he was afraid months ago and this only reinforces my opinion. He's more afraid of something than being imprisoned for many years.
