FOR THE LOVE OF PIZZA

They have this love for "Minsky's Pizza" - should be "Minsky's can't make good pizza, so we throw a ton of ethnic crap on top." You can get all your classic favorites, like Tostada Pizza (Chicken, Lettuce, onion, tomato, with spicy refried bean sauce) and Spicy Thai (Chicken, onion, peppers, carrots, roasted peanuts, and a spicy Thai peanut sauce.)  What a waste of dough and cheese.

When you see a menu like that at a restaurant you just know it's going to suck. The only people that like it are yuppies that don't know good food. We have a restaurant here that just opened up with 12 different crabcake sandwiches and they all suck. How about you leave the pineapples and Maui sauce off of it and learn how to make a good crabcake first, assholes.

Good crab cakes only need a couple ingredients. I don't say that because I make them or eat them, but because Eastern Shore blue crab is so popular here and they are everywhere.

I would prefer eastern shore crabcakes over pizza right now, but I do like a loaded slice of pizza occasionally. Including pineapple which some people think is a sin on pizza, but I dont give a fuck what they think. I know I said above to leave that shit off of crabcakes and I still stand by that because adding too much stuff ruins a crabcake. A pizza, however, can take on a shit load of toppings if it's NY style. It just depends on your mood, sometimes a plain cheese is in order, but sometimes the kitchen sink is good too.

I love pickled herring too.

*wonders how that would taste on a pizza*

Like the puttanesca! Soo good.

And I like pineapple. And I love pizza I will eat almost any kind.
I used to order the G.A.S.P at Romios in Seattle. Her family was from Greece, it was the best pizza around.

I wonder if anyone has thought of making a seafood pizza with clams, oysters, scallops, crab, tuna, squid, octopus, shrimp, and trout.

Your gonna need white sauce for that, and anchovies.
