I already drove to see my boss this morning, not 150 miles though. Ugh.

Traffic, or lack of, is friggin' lovely early on a Sunday morning.

I'm going to plan on grabbing some lunch and then going out to get a new belt and see if a vape shop is open so I can get a filter, coil, and charger for my vaper, get some command strips so I can hang the beer signs I bought last weekend.

But I'll most likely slug it out today and fall further behind on my apartment cleaning and stuff I need to get done.

I've already cleaned out the pantry, my fridge, picked weeds, picked up dog shit and now I'm going to clean my car, go to Lowes to get some paint for my porch, paint the porch, go to the grocery store and then cook Hungarian stew with little dumplings, take the dogs for a walk, clean out the rabbit and bird cages, give the bird a bath and get all the invoices done so they'll be ready to be emailed tomorrow.

I'm usually productive on Sundays because I don't want to think about all the crap I have to do on Monday. If I get a lot of stuff accomplished Sunday it seems to make Monday a little nicer.

I am slugging it today. Doing old fart stuff. Found an app that lets me listen to old time radio dramas, and sitting here doing cross stitch.

My mom had a good recipe for bread and butter pickles. She only made it once, but they were good. I thought she may have saved the recipe, but no dice. May con sider finding a recipe and trying it some time. These are times I miss my brother, he was good at this kind of stuff and I used to pick his brain a lot

Did some Forms time in class Friday evening, worked the Seafood Fest sat mostly talking shit and selling rum runners to fat chicks talking them into $2 floaters. I think I sold about $300 in floaters and several gallons of rum runners
Sunday did some re-arranging, Mouse came down and I made Veal Marsalla for dinner, then off to test fly the new sheets

Been chopping downed tree limbs from the last windstorm. Feels like it won't ever be all of them.
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.
