The boy fed to pigs and the girl in the closet stories
#1
I have recently read 2 tragic stories about children who lived in homes with their siblings and they suffered terrible abuse. The siblings had to watch while only one of their siblings was tortured and not treated like the rest, usually due to a custody battle and sick parents and a failed system.

Are there any threads here at Mock discussing these 2 cases or others like it? I didn't want to start a new thread and didn't see a place in the Crime forum for questions like this.

The story about Adrian Jones (The boy fed to pigs after his parents killed him) is so unbelievably tragic and heart wrenching I just cannot fathom how parents, anyone can do this to children and it was all documented-by them! It is all on survelance cameras that they had around the house.

The girl in the closet, Lauren Kavenaugh was raped, abused, tortured and not fed by her parent and step parent, she is still alive and is in her 20's now.

I know there are more stories out there like this, and it breaks my heart, I want to do something about it, I want to make sure no one has to go through this kind of torture and that the people who are supposed to check up on these people do thourough investigations instead of just show up at the house and say, "Oh no one was home, no contact" when the person they were supposed to check up on was right under their nose.

I want the job that is to go check up on these people, I will just fucking do it myself, I don't care if I have to go to every trailer, every out of sight house, I will sit out in front of them until I find what the fuck is going on and deal with these mother fuckers.

I don't think you will find the answer in all the pile of threads here. Although you may find comfort in knowing everyone here hates this crap as much as you. It's remarkable that it happens and horrible in its indecency.

I know. Thanks Maggot. I usually avoid the crime forum and this one especially, because they are hard to read.

I remember the story about the little boy who was fed to pigs. My God. My first reaction is to always ask WTF is wrong with people. The horrors that people inflict upon others is sometimes too much to bear so I stop reading and sometimes I just don't want to know :(

Yea me too. I still think about the story that got me in here. Those poor kids stuffed in suitcases and dumped in the canal behind my home.

I remember that story too. Our crime forum is filled with so much sadness. I find it easier to take if I get pissed off rather than sad.

There are quite a few stories that will be embedded in my mind forever. I don't understand how anyone could do such things. My conclusion is this place is hell and they are the evil monsters roaming it.

Yeah, me too. One that is never going away is the murders of Dr. Petit's family.

That's one of the reasons I stopped etching out time to post all of the horrible child abuse and murder stories in Lady Cop's 'Child Abuse & Murder' thread ( http://mockforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4754 ) -- there were more comments about how people avoided those threads or wished they hadn't read them than most anything else.

I completely understand those sentiments, but still occasionally post stories there because such stories were important to Lady Cop and awareness of the atrocities can sometimes help prevent future atrocities.

Anyway.......the story of little Adrian Jones affected me a lot too, Love Child. It made me sad and mad. The little boy was abused by those who should have loved him most, failed repeatedly by the system, and fed to pigs after he died. One child suffering that fate is too many, unfortunately there are hundreds of thousands more. [Image: C_ft9C7VYAAhh_U.jpg]

RIP Adrian. You deserved so much better.

Six, what was the outcome of this story? I could not find the details other than the original couple of stories.

For sure they are hard to read but I do read them so that I can acknowledge their lives. It would make me even sadder to know they lived & died and no one knew of them.
