RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE IN 2016 US ELECTION & SPIN-OFF INVESTIGATIONS
I'm glad he will get no pension I hope it sends a message to anyone that thinks they are above the law.
On a happy note Larry Kudlow has been appointed to Chief economic adviser. He's very good.

So, then, you would support President Trump being dismissed if there turns out to be evidence that he circumvented or broke any laws. Right?

Your Trump derangement syndrome is showing. You need to show me where he broke any laws. Is there any proof that you would like to disclose? I would love to see it.

As a matter of fact if Mueller was pursuing any and all leads towards Russian involvement how come he hasn't gone after the reasoning and the disclosure of why the FISA warrants were finally given to allow surveillance after 3 times being shot down, was it a fake dossier on Trump and some crazy spy that was not even a spy being financed by the Clinton campaign and the previous administration? Why doesn't Mueller go down THAT Rabbit hole? He sure does seem to expand his investigation into any and all other things that have nothing to do with the original investigation.

I can tell you why..........He is a hack.

Bullshit, Mags. I don't know whether Trump broke any laws or not. I'm waiting to see the evidence. I've only reiterated that like 1,000 times here. Just because I don't attempt to ridicule or delegitimize the investigation, doesn't mean I assume guilt. I do not.

You're displaying Trump derangement syndrome by insisting otherwise; again ignoring the facts readily available to you.

You said that McCabe's unceremonious dismissal should be a message to "anyone" who thinks they're above the law.

So, again, I ask you, that would apply to the President, right? That would apply to you if a restriction on guns was passed through legislation and you buried guns in the ground to circumvent that law, right? You sincerely meant, "anyone who thinks they're above the law", correct? If so, we're on the same page.

Well all I have to say is Hillary thought that she was "above" the law also, that is until she meet the law of gravity. And how can I possibly say that Trump is not above the law. He did nothing wrong as you have said.

hah

Oh please, Mags.

We're talking about McCabe, Trump and you........not Hillary Clinton.

Also, I never once said that "Trump didn't do anything wrong." That's a figment of your imagination or a lie on your part.

What I quite clearly said is that I don't know if Trump did anything wrong in regards to the undisputed Russian intervention into the 2016 election, and I'm waiting to see the evidence uncovered by the independent investigator.

The evidence gathered could show that no laws were intentionally or unintentionally broken. Or, it could show that Trump did something wrong and broke the law.

And, I asked you, quite clearly................if it turns out that President Trump broke the law, you'd support him (same as "anyone" else) being dismissed for it. Right?

Comprende, mi amigo?

We'll see.

Thank you Pappy.

I'm unclear as to whether the FBI's DPR used the Inspector General's findings as the basis for McCabe's dismissal?

If not and both recommendations for dismissal were made completely independently of the other, it's a more compelling case against McCabe (in my opinion).

As I understand the timeline:

IG Mike Horowitz found McCabe provided sensitive info to the Wall Street Journal about the Clinton Foundation investigation then LIED about his involvement.

The IG forwarded that info to the FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) because the IG only reports findings. OPR then decides the appropiate punishment. They made the recommendation his employment be terminated. Based on that decision Sessions had to terminte McCabe.

Given the involvement in the Clinton Foundation in his wife's political run I can see why the decision was made. McCabe showed extremely poor judgement.

And I would add, that in the 10+ years I spent on the Hill, 99.237 % of EVERY ONE there were corrupt. That is why I left; I was disgusted. I doubt it has changed in the pst 20 odd years.

You'd be singin' a different tune if I agreed with your batshit crazy theories though, wouldn't you?

I'm relieved that I don't think like you do, Pappy. It would suck mightily to go through life like that.

Every time I read one of your posts I hear this in my head:

You have to listen real close to make any sense of it, but I keep trying.

We'll see.

Is the entire investigation a real investigation that encompasses all aspects of collusion including the DNC, Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama or is it a set up disguised as an investigation to discredit Trump because he won? The question you asked "Is Trump above the law" I would say no. And neither is anyone that had a finger in this entire thing. Who paid Steele? We know it was the DNC to get info on Trump because it was looking like he was going to win. Or is that not relevant but Trumps business activities are? I see collusion with this investigative committee.
Maybe a new committee to investigate the investigative committee should be brought up as it seems they are not subjective enough to look at all aspects of this tangled web of deceit.
As Truman said "anyone that gets rich in Washington is corrupt".
